Ral Kept his eye on the Floatzel so it wouldn't try and interfere in Aracadie's battle, Whit her knocking out the opponent and claiming victory the Floatzel had ran off."Hopefully it doesn't come back, that was some impressive battling." Ral had commented.
With no signs of the Floatzel, Ral would peer into the cave to give it a look around. Ral didn't see much in the cave, their was hardly any light to see. 'This might be a problem.' Ral pondered on this for a little bit before looking to Arcadie "I think we should bring the bear minum, we don't know how tight of a fit it might be in there. Rope, claiming gear, some rations, first aid, flash light and a fire kit should be our best bet to bring."
As Ral started to walk towards the sled to get what he had suggested to bring a guest of wind had hit him giving him couple minor cuts on his skin and his cloak and knocking him to the ground. Ral now coverd in snow and some of his on blood lying on the ground wasn't to happy with just happened. Getting back to his feet he looked around and just as he thought the Floatzel had returned, "You little shit, you will pay for that mark my wards!" Ral called out. The Floatzel seemed to laugh at this which in return set Ral off.
"You want to be that way FINE!" Ral had taken a pokeball out and through it before the Pokemon was realsed from its ball the Floatzel darted at the ball sending it off a few yards. The Floatzel who seemed proud at itself for doing so taunted Ral.
The Pokeball had landed in the snow with a flash of light a Cradily had emerged from the snow, covered. The Cradily was not happy to be covered in snow, how dare it's master allow this. Ral watch his Cradily finally come out of the ball "I understand that this isn't the best way to come out, so make this little shit pay! use Energy Ball!" Ral had called out his commanded wanting his Cradily to finish this fast and hard with punishment.
A green ball had formed in front of Cradily greatly larger then normal for this attack, Ral could tell that the anger of being covered in snow had sparked fury from the Cradily and it was trying to blow this Floatzel to oblivion.
The ball had taken from the Cradily with great force towards the Floatzel. Ral watched as it connected with the enemy make snow fly up in the air, once the snow had settled Ral could not see the Floatzel any where.'It really did blow it to oblivion, or just pushed it down in the snow with payback, ether way that little shit payed for his doings' These thoughs made Ral smirk with satisfaction on the attack. "Grab you ball and meet me at the sled." Ral had called out to his Cradily.
With finally making it to the sled Ral had packed his back full of some of the supplies taking the heaver stuff to not tire out Arcade.

Arcadie nodded, definitely agreeing with the idea of packing as light as possible. Oh, and of course she grinned at his compliment. She was working on her battling skills. Glad he noticed. The girl had headed toward the sled with him, but luckily for her, Ral took the brunt of the attack, basically shielding her. As he went on his rampage, her brows rose and she watched a moment before Pomme shivered.
Looking down to him in her arms, she smiled softly at him and dug through some of her things on the sled. She produced a coat for him, a tail sleeve, pants that included water-resistant feet, a hat, and teeny tiny gloves. Thankfully the little Pokemon was rather small so its clothing didn't take up too much space at all. That done, she lifted him up and set him in the hood of her own coat so he wouldn't have to be tucked away in a Pokeball.
"Now that you've dealt with that," she remarked to Ral as she started to gather things they'd need to bring, "I'd like to take a moment to remark on the fact we have run into some very... out of place Pokemon. Wouldn't you agree? A Pelipper, which really should be on the coast; an Exeggutor, which... I really just don't understand; and now Water-types... I'm going to make an assumption here that we're in the right place."
All that said, she packed a bag for herself and let him take the heavier stuff -- what a gentleman he was -- and then stopped to look at his face. Arcadie examined his cuts and smiled lightly. "I guess I'll have to bring you some of my anti-scarring cream," she remarked, as if off-hand, and started her way into the cave with flashlight in hand.

Ral just gave her a gentle smile then walked over to the cave entrance. " shall we?" Ral had said before turning to enter the cave.
It was some what, what Ral had suspected not much room for them to bring all the equipment and not much light coming from the entrance but it gave then some shelter from the wind out side."We should watch where we step never know if there is booby traps, smugglers do use these mountains to hide there loot from Rangers." Ral turned his flashlight on after saying this and looked over to Arcadie to make sure she is doing alright.

The girl gave a nod to him as they entered the cave. As he warned her, she rolled her eyes a little -- thank Arceus for the darkness -- and then gave a verbal response, "Of course. I expected there to be traps and such." Arcadie turned on her own flashlight to make sure they could see as much of the underground space as possible.
Seeming to do fairly well, all considered, the girl was examining walls and the floor and even looking up toward the ceiling. Although all of this seemed to be in a rather random sequence with no rhyme or reason, she seemed to be in a very extreme state of concentration. The Treecko, however, was slightly less focused ahead and kept glancing over to Ral. If, at any point, their eyes met, Pomme would grin and wink at him, only to look back ahead.
Arcadie seemed oblivious to this, staring ahead. They would continue like this, with the girl really only responding as simply as possible, for several hours. No Pokemon, but there were a few simple traps. Nothing they couldn't plainly see and thus avoid one way or another. With a frown, the coordinator would stop and look around. The tunnel hadn't even... gotten bigger or anything.
"Does it feel like we're walking in a circle to you...?"

"It is typical to get that feeling when you are underground but hopefully we are not or that would mean trouble for us" Ral didn't think they were going in circles but he did not cross that off as a possibility.
At this point Ral was just seeing darkness ahead of the light of his flashlight and rocks lots and lots of rocks.'seems that there isn't anything in here' As Ral turned to ask Arcadie if she wanted to take a break a sound could be heard a clicking noise followed by some rumbling "um...I think I might of found something"

A click echoed through the darkness, and a rumbling would indeed reverberate through the tunnels. Wait a minute— was it now even shaking underfoot? Were the tunnels themselves moving? By Arceus, they were! Slowly, smoothly, somehow they were shifting around. Another sound reverberated and a series of clicks and clacks and BANGS came and went. If they walked further on, the pair would find that the tunnel branched— but once of the tunnels was now sealed shut— not even by a boulder but what appeared to be a hand-crafted wall with some old runes written on it. Hm? That was strange. Best go down the open one, probably. If their hands ran along the walls, they’d find more switches, and with each switch, the numerous paths would open and close. Could they solve this puzzle without completely locking themselves in?

'It is typical...' Blah, blah, blah. Arcadie wasn't impressed. She was stressed out and he was talking about reactions normal people had and it... well, it wasn't helpful! When he suddenly triggered something, the girl shifted, wide-eyed, and looked back at him. Ignoring his words, she offered her own: "What did you do?!"
Once the walls had finished shifting and they found a new tunnel, she hummed softly. The runes really didn't make much sense to her, but buttons did. Arcadie counted about five on the newly-opened wall -- who knows, she could've missed something or another. It seemed like the walls moved relatively slowly so they weren't necessarily in danger of being squashed... so she decided to test some things.
Sure, she probably should've made sure Ral was prepared or some such things, but she was focused. So she took a good look around to figure out where there were walls that she could see versus openings... and she pressed another button. The walls shifted, and she made note. The girl did this with each of the five buttons that she knew and considered how each one opened up. She pressed the second one again and headed down a path.
Seemingly a dead end. A disgruntled noise escaped her as she turned back to press the third button. This one led much further on, but eventually they would simply make it to a large cavern which led... quite a ways down. Too far for their flashlights to cover... Again, a noise of frustration would echo from her before she turned around and began to stomp back toward the buttons...

Ral was embarrassed from setting off what seemed to be a trap off after warning Aracdie about them. He would just follow the Young woman as she tried to figure out how to get out of the this mess. He watched Press each button and listened to the sounds of things shifting, then even truly they would go down a single hall way that led to nothing just to listen to her grumble as they turned around and go back which they had came. Once they were back Ral would watch her press another button and head down another hall way, Ral still hadn't said much after all this was his fault. 'How could I be so stupid, at least she hasn't rubbed this in my face.'[/b] was the thoughts he had as they followed this path that was longer then the last, Once they had reached the end to just find a drop.
Ral watched Arcadie turn and what seemed to him stomp off in frustration, he would stay behind a little bit examing the deep hole that seemed to have no bottom he considered to have one of his pokemon to fly to the bottom but didn't think it would be a good idea in the end.
With turning around and heading back after Arcadie, Ral decided he should help figure out how to get out of this.'Well she did hit all the buttons, but is it possible to hit two at a time? Would that set a different path? Or was there a pattern they had to press to open the area and the answer was in the glyphs? All these thoughts hurt his head so he decide to just let his mind to go blank till he was able to reach the center room
Ral had reached the main room where they had started, he would study the glyphs a little but just to realize he had no understanding of what he was looking at. Letting out a deep sigh he would finally speak out to Arcadie,"Well I thought the glyphs might have a secret in them on how to get out but.." Ral paused before continuing. "It just looks like Torchic Scratches, but i might have another idea we could do."
Ral walked over to the buttons and instead of pressing one at a time he had hit two of them at once. The ground rumbled and a new path had opened with another one next to it. This confused Ral more 'Well it did do something different this time but two paths..' Ral looked at both paths before addressing what was bothering him."So I don't think we should split up so, we could go down each path one by one or would could send our faster Pokemon down them to see if they are a dead in or not. Which one would you like to do?" He had hoped that she would agree to not wanting to split up but this is becoming more troublesome then Ral had wanted.

Well shit... Arcadie was at a loss with the runes too. She had taken a moment to look at them while waiting for Ral to catch up. Once he was there and telling her he didn't have any more idea than she did, the girl let out a sigh. Then the man tried something new and as two paths opened up, she squinted at him a little. "Tricksy," she muttered to herself. As she considered both directions and took in the suggestions from Ral, she nodded.
"I have two Pokemon that are decently fast with me," she'd admit and pull out Pokeballs. One was the albino Volcarona. The other was one Ral wouldn't have seen yet. A pitch -- almost too -- black Hydreigon who, upon seeing the man, seemed to grin. In her version of this exchange, she was looking flirty and cute. In reality, she was kind of... well, baring her teeth and eyeing him like a juicy snack.
"Fée... Would you be so kind as to do us a favor, s'il vous plaît? We need to see if either of these tunnels are dead ends. I request that you quickly take a look down one and Soleil will take a look down the other." The dragon turned to look at her and nodded softly in compliance. Then she'd head down one tunnel (one more to the left) and left the Volcarona to head down the opposite.
Soleil was able to check out the tunnel much more quickly thanks to using Quiver Dance to speed himself up. Eventually, he'd come to find that this direction was not going to get them anywhere and he'd head back. Then the four of them would be left to wait for Fée to return. This would take about five minutes in which Arcadie was beginning to get anxious. Had her Pokemon gotten lost...? What if she lost her beautiful dragon to this ugly hole in the ground?
Thankfully, the Pokemon in question would use Hyper Voice to cause an echo. This seemed like a good indication that they should follow suit. "Sounds like she found something. Let's go," the girl said and started off at a quick pace. As she ran, Pomme was left to hold onto her hood for dear life and Soleil followed behind, feeling much slower all considered. Once they reached Fée, the dragon would let out a coo -- that's a growl, beautiful -- and shift to show that behind her was an opening into a much bigger cave system. Not to mention this one was lit.
"Oh, thank goodness. Look at it! Basic flames have never looked so gorgeous." Arcadie thanked the Hydreigon profusely before returning both of the larger Pokemon and continuing on. She was careful about traps and about other Pokemon. Once they'd taken a few steps into the new tunnel and the flashlights had been turned off, she'd utter simply, "Good thinking on that, Ral."

Ral was glade that she took the advice of using speedy Pokemon to check the tunnels. As they waited Ral couldn't help but keep looking over at Arcadie 'She sure does have some unique Pokemon' I wish I could figure out what about her that keeps me so....attracted to her.' At this point Ral heard the tje sounds coming down one the paths. With hearing Arcadie saying for them to head towards the noise Ral was relived, that finally he wasn't left to his thoughts.
As they reached the bigger cave system Ral agreed with Arcadie with simple node, it being lite was a relief for most part but concerning at the same time. "So let's be more careful in which i mean me since that was mostly my fault we got stuck in that mess in the first place.' Ral offed a smile but this one wasn't much of a happy one.

Starting to walk while she listened to him, she chuckled and shook her head. "Don't be dumb. If you hadn't done that, we would've just kept going nowhere. We had to go deeper and that put us deeper. I agree we should be more careful, though," she remarked with a look back at him. She didn't keep her attention on him. Just as he was struggling with the "why", she was struggling with the "what". Maybe he'd already gotten past that point or... maybe forgot to question his feelings themselves.
Arcadie just couldn't grasp the correct description of her feelings. Was it attraction? Was it just interest? Was it attraction to his power, himself, or... what??? Without realizing it, the girl emitted a low sigh to herself which managed to echo off the tunnel walls.

Ral just listened to the woman as she spoke. With not replaying he just followed her in silence, until hearing her let out a soft sigh that would echo off the walls of the cave, "Some reason I find that interesting that such a small sigh would create a big echo like that." Yes, this could of been nothing but with the last trap Ral was not taking any chances with the probabilities.
Ral took a few steps ahead of Arcadie in case their was any harm ahead so far he didn't see any thing, that was until a gust of wind had blown Ral away from Arcadie 'Shit! just what I didn't want.'[/b] as Ral was getting up he brought his hand into his cloak to get a pokeball, his hand only felt five balls.
Looking around to see if the gust had knocked one of the balls out, he would finally notice where it was. Right underneath the Butterfree was the was Ral's missing Pokeball. 'Damn it, I need to make that thing get away from it before something bad happens.' With fast thinking Ral picked up a rock and through it at the bug type pokemon, it had connected with his target and was not very unhappy Ral did that.
The butterfree had flown towards Ral just as he wanted Ral took off towards the ball diving and grabbing it, just to throw it towards the bug type. Aggron had appeared, "Use Double-Edge!" The Aggron had charged the Butterfree after getting this command, tackling into the bug type sending it to hit the wall then tumble to the floor. "That's it Aggron teach it a lesson!" The Aggron took its attention off it's opponent for just a moment. The Butterfree took this opportunity to attack the Aggron, quickly flying back into the air from the ground the bug typ would then hit Aggron with a guest of wind, sadly this wouldn't even move the steel-rock type let alone make it feel any type of pain.
Ral being very displeased with his Aggron for not paying attention to his opponent. "Use Heavy Slam" Ral had snapped this command at eh Aggron. The Aggron had turned around to face the Butterfree once more this time instead of charging it, it would just grab it and give it a tight hug before jumping into the air and slamming it into the ground with all its weight on top of the Butterfree. when the Aggron got up the Butterfree had no movement. Ral knew they had won the battle,"hopefully your fat ass didn't kill the damn thing." Ral returned the Aggron back to its ball.
"You okay Arcadie?" With no replay from her Ral would turn around just to realize that the original Gust attack the Butterfree used had blown him away from her.'You know what, I hop you squished that damn thing Aggron'
Ral started to walk were he had hoped was where he had come to be able to reunite with arcadie.

Nothing would have been said in response to his remark about her sigh. It was a heavy one, even if it had started out small. Stupid brain and stupid... feelings. With a gasp as the wind picked up, the girl brought her arms up to protect her face, but turned to watch as the man was blasted backward. She was about to follow after him, but got grabbed and was tossed in the opposite direction by a Machoke.
She grinned at the human who was just sitting there on the ground at first. The Pokemon began to wonder if she had knocked out this prissy thing when Arcadie's arm rose. She had a Pokeball in hand and tapped the button to release her striped Drifblim.
"Ficelle... Ominous Wind," she instructed, her voice so much quieter than it should have been but with an undertone of something... almost vile. The ghost-type whipped up his own version of the wind that had separated the two humans. His arms slowly crossed in front of him as a small tornado started to form around him, his eyes beginning to glow. Then he swung them forward, blasting the fighting-type and feeling his power growing as she hit a wall.
"Good. Psychic." Another blast would come from him, this one not taking so much build up. As the purple energy hit the wall, Arcadie knew this was over. The Machoke would get a... well, not so nice burial as the wall crumbled somewhat and rocks fell down and over her. Ficelle floated over and extended an arm to help his human up.
As she stood, the girl smiled at her Pokemon and patted her legs to try ridding her dress of the dust and dirt. "Horrid brute... ruined my dress. I just made this one, Ficelle." A soft groan was his only response, which was basically what Arcadie had expected.
"Let's find Ral. He got blasted... in that direction, I think?" She'd been thrown right after so she wasn't positive, but there weren't all that many forks or diversions in the path, so...
Ficelle reached down, locking his arms together to create a "seat" of sorts for the girl, which was a normal occurrence between them. Sitting down and leaning against him, Arcadie sighed some relief. "Thank you, Ficelle. Let's look for him now," she instructed and the flying-type floated along down the tunnel in search of Ral.
He went at a slow pace, but the two humans weren't put exactly that far from each other, despite the agitating circumstances. Arcadie occasionally called out for the man. Once they'd meet -- because really, unless the Butterfree's gust became a twister, how could it have pushed him down any side paths? -- she'd give a small sigh of relief.
"Oh good, you didn't die. I was beginning to think I'd be left here to my own devices. We must be getting closer to what we came here for. We didn't come across any Pokemon all the way through that stupid maze and now we get attacked. Let's keep going. We're so close!" She was convinced of this fact and Ficelle would follow the indirect instructions by turning back and floating down the tunnel back the way the two had come, expecting Ral to follow.

After a walk passed the Pokemon, the pair come across a rather strange looking wall of sorts? There are mural depictions of Pokemon glimmering with stones, growing, and becoming bigger and stronger. There is no direct description as to how to do this or where such power even comes from.
However, at the end of the mural there appears to be an inlet the size of a … Pokeball? Perhaps? And a hand mount platform where one sets their full flat hand on. All the signs point that way, yet is it safe to put one’s precious partners in such a thing? An empty Pokeball will do precisely nothing! Adding in other things will achieve the same outcome, hmmm.
Should they manage to work up the will to put a Pokeball in and set their hand upon the platform, the ball itself would glow, and the entire wall would light up. A couple strange sounds would reverberate, before the sound of rolling could be heard deftly. A strange sphere would pop out from a hole just below where the Pokeball was inserted. Hmmmm, what a shiny stone is this? So similar to ones they already have and yet not. Note, it will only work once for each of them. Seems to be able to read those palms of yours.
