Ral let a chuckle out about the comment, " I might of not been killed but I am pretty sure the Butterfree is squished." This though hammered Ral after all he is twisted this was. Ral took a good look and notice that Arcadie was covered in some dirt. "Looks like you had some fun as well, and ya it's strange that now we encounter pokemon, what ever we are to find I think it is close."
Ral simply went though his bag to make sure nothing was broken and was all countered for 'Good didn't loose or break anything.' Once Ral had finished he would simple follow Arcadie as she advanced further in the cave.

"It deserved it," she murmured, probably just loud enough to be heard. At his agreement that they had to be close to something that would inform them about the sorts of stones they'd found before, she nodded and looked much brighter despite the dirt. This was... it was exhilarating. She wasn't the kind of person to go on such adventures, per se, and she had known this would be an arduous task. Despite the difficulties, though, this was exciting! Discovering new information in a place probably unexplored by humans in quite a while, the danger itself they'd encountered so far, and even just the travel to get here all set her blood racing. Was she an adrenaline junkie? Dear Arceus, she hoped not.
Ficelle and she floated along down the tunnel with Ral close behind right up until both gym leader and coordinator would turn their heads to discover something different along the wall. Colors. "Oh wow... Ficelle, let's check that out." Her Pokemon floated her over there and she stood up, causing Pomme to pop his head out of the front of her jacket -- he'd gone in for safety when she was flung and hadn't dared come out once she decided to travel by Drifblim. Ficelle stayed back now that his human was no longer in his arms, just watching carefully.
"... Does that," she pointed to one of the stones that seemed to give the Pokemon power, "look like the one I have? At least similar in style." With this remark, she looked at it carefully and then turned around to look at Ral questioningly. Once he'd begin to look -- or not, who knew? -- she would look further along the mural and notice a space in it. Carefully, she examined it with her eyes and then her hand. Nothing happened... but then she followed a sort of... cord? Not actually, but a depression in the ground that led to a pedestal. As she looked at it, the thing seemed to be a perfect place to get a hand scanned...
"Hmm..." Looking back to the hole in the wall, she frowned. That was... oddly-specifically shaped from this perspective. Taking a deep breath, she produced one of her Pokeballs and moved closer to the opening in the wall. Gazing down at the capture ball with Soleil in it, she licked her lips. As she set the ball in the hole, she expected something to go horribly wrong. But no, it just sat there... and so she moved back to the pedestal. Nervously, she hovered her hand over it. Arcadie hesitated there for a moment before she gulped and pressed her hand onto the pillar.
A faint glow around the Pokeball, but... nothing. Her brows furrowed. Was that it? She would take a glance toward Ral, wondering what his opinion was, before she'd move over to take out Soleil's Pokeball and put in Esprit's. This time there was still a bit of hesitation, but Arcadie didn't pause so long before pressing her hand onto the surface. This time, the ball glowed much brighter and seemed to affect the entire mural.
The scene was magnificent: giving a true feel to the power behind the orbs as well as just how much it affected the corresponding Pokemon. Then a click, followed by a rumble. Not an earth-shaking noise, but it came from deep within the walls. Another click would precede the distinct sound of rolling. The object sounded relatively small and covered a good portion of the mural before it would finally clink against stone, which prompted a smaller opening to open.
The stone just below the Pokeball that held dear, shy Esprit pulled downward, revealing a pinkish-orange stone with blue and red ribbons through it. Arcadie approached carefully, pulling out the new orb and Esprit's Pokeball seconds after. "Well... I can definitely say we're in the right place," she'd remark and hold up the mega stone for Ral to see. Very similar to the one she had showed him in his gym.

Tags: Arcadie Josette | Words:506 + 118=624 Notes: xxx | Ral Finally caught up to her, didn't take to much time for him to realize the only reason he had caught up to her was because she had stopped to examine the wall. To Ral this was interesting a stone similar to the one he had at least he thought so, but the carving of the Pokemon carved on the wall was oddly making Ral remember something that he just couldn't put his finger on. Ral almost considered to look over to Arcadie to ask what she thought but before he could say anything, he watched as she placed a pokeball in the hole and nothing. 'Well, at least I know that a pokeball fits in the hole.' At this moment Ral saw her place her hand on the plate and the stone dropping. seeing Arcadie proudly show off her prize to him he couldn't help but smile. "So that's what we are post to do." Ral commented to her.
With his attention on the wall he study the carvings, then it finally hit him. 'I know what Pokemon that is' Ral usually know's about all the Pokemon he has other one due to the fact he hardly ever used it. with taking a pokeball out of his cloak containing Aerodactyl, just as Arcadie did he placed it in the hole then pressed down on the plated and the stone was free. 'Amazing, whoever built this place truly took their time.'
Ral walked over to were the stone had landed and picked it up to claim his prize. looking over to Arcade and showing her his prize as she did to him. "If it wasn't for you, I don't think I would of figured that one out." All this niceness Ral was showing Arcadie didn't bother him like it usually does, these mixed emotions were confusing Ral and he kept trying to push them to the back of his mind but they can't stop them from popping up.
Putting the stone back in his cloak Ral would take a quick glance at Arcadie. Seeing her with some dirt on her face and and cloths Ral would just smile and comment, "I know it must annoy you being covered in dirt and all, but you do look adorable." Ral had slipped, with desperation to change subject he started to look down the path to see if anything was down their. This didn't really help Ral nothing was able to be seen for were he had stood 'Damn.' Clearing his throat at he would add, "We should get going, Don't want to stay and one spot and have out of the ordinary Pokemon pop up." The purpose of Ral saying this was true Pokemon are in places were they don't belong and it was out of the ordinary. Ral really didn't give her a chance to say anything at least if she did he was to embarrassed to hear it right now, with walking down the hall little ways ahead of Arcadie. 'I am a idiot, what is going on with me'

After the wall seemed to no longer give up any more beautiful spheres, it’s probably best to go on again. Further yes, deeper through the tunnel. As they would find, the stone of the walls would become something more akin to brick? Almost? And what they would come to finally would be a large chamber. Numerous depictions of Mega Evolution seemed to be scrawled out upon the walls in different forms and fashions. As they came into this area, however, a stone “door” would come down from behind and seal them in.
Could they read the descriptions well enough to achieve Mega Evolution? Or would they run out of air first in this now sealed room? Only the energy of the Mega Stones and Mega Evolution would allow a sensor to open a door on the far wall. Good luck reading ancient hieroglyphics or whatever these things are!

I HATE THE WAY like it's something secret you say my name ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ Arcadie grinned proudly. She was pretty and smart, that's for damn sure. She wouldn't let anyone tell her any differently, not that anyone would, of course. She was putting away the stone when she heard Ral's comment and she blinked in surprise. It was definitely kind of agitating to be covered in dirt, especially since the dry cleaner's took some time to actually do their work and she hated not having her whole attire at her disposal... but that second part. Hard she heard him right?
The girl lifted her head and squinted at him as if trying to find the words to re-read in the air, but when he changed the subject and got seemingly anxious and embarrassed, Arcadie's eyes widened slightly. "Um, yeah, let's... figure the rest of this out. How nice of them to provide the items, huh?" She smirked slightly and kept walking, her brows furrowing slightly. If not for his own discomfort and request to keep moving, she would have just assumed he was teasing her which she could have handled. But this? This just made her more confused. Was he... feeling the same kinds of things she was? A strange desire to be close to her? A thought about moving cities to be with her? What even... was this?
That wasn't actually a valid question. Arcadie knew full well this was the craziness that romantic movies and books described. Why was she actually feeling it, though? She should only feel it through those two outlets, through the characters. She wasn't meant to fall in love... What was wrong with the Coordinating Princess? The only thing that brought her out of her thoughts was the grinding of stone that closed them into a separate room. Even if Ral had been talking about the strange markings on the wall, she hadn't responded.
How shameful... Arcadie's brows furrowed and she attempted to look for some kind of button or break in the wall to get them out. Nothing. She began to look at the symbols and scenery on the walls. "It's beautiful," she remarked. It was then she realized it was slowly getting more and more difficult to breath... Oh dear... That's bad. Her eyes flicked around the drawings on the walls, trying to find a theme or an answer of any kind. There had to be something, anything that she could understand.

Tags:Arcadie Josette | Words: 755 Notes: xxx | Ral was deep in thought as they walked he didn't even notice that they had walked into another trapped room. As he looked at the walls and admiring the markings he wouldn't notice that the room was sealed, 'Man, these are beautiful" Ral had rasied a hand up removing one of his gloves and ran it along the wall.
The more Ral moved the more he started to notice that it was getting harder to breather, at this moment it had struck him that they had been sealed in the room. "This isn't good, we need to find a way out of here. Best not to panic or we be using more air then we have to and we be in big trouble again." Ral said to Arcadie knowing he stated the obvious but he mostly did it for his on reassurance.
Moving his hand along the wall some more to see if there was a hidden switch or something that would let them out, with no luck a brief frustration had came out of him, "Damn it, this place is a pain, maybe if I can get one of my Pokemon to smash though the wall to get us out." Ral had turned to Arcadie as he pulled a pokeball out with a moment of concern for her safter he call out his Aggron.
"Aggron use Heavy Slam and see if you can break us out of here." Ral's Aggron nodded at his trainer knowing what was asked. The Aggron backed up and with all its might slammed into the wall....Nothing happend other then it managed to shake the room a little. The Aggron attempted again this time it didn't shake the room. "Try Double-Edge, this time." Ral called out. the Aggron started to glow and with greater force slammed into the wall this time it shook the room enugh to make Ral fall over.
Ral got frustrated of being on the cold flow, "Be careful I want you to get us out of here not get us hurt!" At this point the Aggron was getting close to loosing his temper, no matter how hard he had hit the wall it wasn't even leaving a mark and to knock down his trainer to get him scolded wasn't to much to his liking. Once again the Aggron would use Double-Edge, this time it would knock the Aggron back. Still not even marking the wall.
This had sent the Aggron into a rage it would start slamming into the walls with no care for it's safety or who was near it." calm down Aggron!" Ral had called out just for his words to fall upon deaf ears.
The Aggron rage was at its peak when it nailed the wall that Ral had been standing to knocking his trainer down, this event would snap the Aggron out of its berserk mode, Aggron noticed a stone had come rolling out of his trainers pocket and went to retrieve it for his trainer hopping it would make amends for what it had done.
"Damn it! Ral had called out to his Aggron. Ral had lifted himself up and as he watched his Aggron finally calm down and go grab something off the floor Ral had checked his pockets to see if to see if anything had fallen out. Ral brought one of the stones out to take a look at it, in case it was damaged or not. To his luck it was not damaged, at this moment Aggron had picked up the other stone which had fallen out of Ral's pocked. Turning to bring it back to his trainer it began to glow as did the the stone Ral was holding.
Ral looked at the stone he had that had started to glow then looked up to his aggron that was holding another stone that started to glow at the same moment, "Well this is..." Ral had passed, the Aggron it self had begone to glow and it's body begin to shift in form. Ral just watched in awe he didn't know that Aggron had another form he thought it was already in it's final.
Once the Pokemon had stopped glowing Ral just stared at the Aggron, it still looked like Aggron but seemed more powerful and a slight change in type. As this event started to calm down the room shifted a little, Ral looking around with a puzzled look. Putting his attention back to Arcadie, "Well this is new. Have you ever seen this before?"

I HATE THE WAY like it's something secret you say my name ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ The young woman knew not to panic. She wasn't, really, though she could feel her heart rate increasing as it became harder to breath. All she wanted was an answer. How the fuck was she supposed to get out of this hellish situation? Ral attempted to have his Pokemon break through the wall and Arcadie watched as it failed. How strange... It seemed like that should be an easy task, especially if the walls closed in around them. Those would have had to be thinner walls, right...?
With a sigh, she went back to looking at the mural to see if she could find an answer. That is, until the Aggron began to panic. "Oh, sure. Tell me not to panic and then send out a Pokemon that isn't in control of its emotions," she chastised. She pressed herself against the wall, careful to avoid the rampaging Pokemon. As the beast calmed himself due to fear of potential backlash and went to pick up the thing that was dropped, Arcadie caught a glimpse of the thing it picked up.
She watched in shocked amazement as the Pokemon transformed, a light coming from Ral's direction too. "Oh... my," the self-proclaimed princess whispered to herself. Just ask Ral was asking if she'd seen it before, Arcadie had whirled back around to look at the wall. "Only in theory, not in practice," she murmured. "Everything in here has been trying to show us. Look, there," she gestured toward a pictogram at the top of the designed wall. There, it had a reiteration of what they'd seen on the wall where they'd received the orbs before. A Pokemon, clearly empowered, with a similar orb above it. Then she turned, squinting toward the opposite wall. There, a more clearly human figure stood, in a similar position on the wall, with a similar orb.
Arcadie scrambled a little with her things, releasing Esprit, who looked a little panicked just from the vibe her human was emitting. Then she pulled out the jewel she'd gotten from the wall, crouching down to hand it to the Sableye. "We're going to try something. Just hold onto this." The Pokemon seemed a little nervous about it, but the coordinator clearly wasn't taking no for an answer. So there the albino ghost stood as the black-haired woman opened up her bag and rifled around before finding the rainbow-colored orb. It had to be this one...
"Okay, Esprit... Now, concentrate. Think of... combining your power with mine." This was met with a confused, uncertain expression. "Just work with me here. They did it," she gestured toward the bulkier-looking Aggron and the equally surprised gym leader.
"I believe in you," the woman expressed, causing the Sableye, who'd looked over to the steel-type, to refocus on her human and nod. The two clutched their respective stones to their chests, closing their eyes and focused on each other. For Ral and his Aggron, it had been a delightful accident. For these two, who had been together for most of their lives, it was a conscious effort. The stones flashed to life, emitting light through the fingers of their holders. The Sableye began to morph, seeming to grow much larger. That is, until the glow stopped and there stood a gigantic crystal. After a moment, the dual-type peeked her head out from behind the enormous red crystal.
Arcadie smiled and the walls began to part. "You did great, Esprit. This is incredible. Isn't it amazing?" This question was actually asked toward Ral, wondering if he felt the shared power between himself and his Pokemon.

I HATE THE WAY like it's something secret you say my name ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ The young woman was so enthralled by her new albino Sableye and was doting over the blushing creature. So much so, in fact, that there was even a pause after Ral suggested leaving the area where the girl didn't even act like she'd heard him. She had her phone out and was taking several pictures of the beautiful red gem and the extra-white coat of the Pokemon. Only after the third picture did she respond, all while taking two more, "Yeah, I suppose you're right. Let's head back to Aleal, yeah? Look at my beautiful Esprit." The last part was spoken more as baby-speak and aimed right at the albino Sableye, who bashfully tried to hide part of her face behind the giant red crystal she now held... which just prompted Arcadie to take a sixth picture.
At this point, though, she'd grin and put her phone away, her eyes shifting to Ral. She was in no way apologetic for wasting time or seeming weird. She was super proud of her Pokemon. They were all beautiful in their own right, otherwise they wouldn't be with her. Esprit was one Pokemon she thought would never change. Even though she was perfect as she was, this was incredible. Arcadie would jerk her head back the way they came. This was the whole reason they'd come, after all, and she was ready to leave the tunnels. So much so that she'd start walking, not even looking back for Ral. Esprit, of course, was quick to follow after.

Tags: Arcadie Josette | Words: 683 Notes: xxx | RaL followed Arcadie, he did not return his Aggron back to his pokeball, Ral simply wanted to admire this new found power they had to reached. With a few steps in silence Ral would break it."So, Arcadie, what do you have planned for once you get back to the city?" He had asked. Ral was trying to flirt but sadly he had no clue how to he never really put himself out there since he was kid nothing ever came out good from it.
Ral would simply turn away to not show his face to her in case she would turn around, Aggron would let out a grunt, this seemed to Ral that his Pokemon was making fun of him.
Out of annoyance Ral would walk away from the group to cool himself off from the frustration that he just got from his Aggron. As he was walking he felt a great force hit him in that back knocking him to the ground, Ral had no cle what happend but he felt his back was wet. Reaching with his right arm he touched where he was just hit, a surge of pain surged though his body from the touch of the wound. Bringing his hand into focus Ral noticed it was in blood. Ral's face wen motionless not from shock not from fear but anger full blown anger. finally getting himself to his fee he had noticed what had hit him, from were he was walking stood a oddly looking Gallade.
Ral looked back to his Aggron "Play time is over, lets make this thing wish it was never born! Use Take down." there was no joy or pain or even caring in his voice, Aggron knew that his trainer was pissed and would not accept a loss in this battle.
Aggron launched forward at the Gallade with all it's wait and force slamming into the Pokemon with complete disregard for its own well being, The Aggron got up quickly. The Gallade was trying to get up as Ral called out another command "Now Aggron, crush it! Use Heavy Slam!"
The Aggron slammed all its weight into the already hurt Gallade, just as Ral had hoped this move worked the weight difference was to great making this move effective against the Gallade.
Ral walked over to the Gallade staring down at it with his cold eyes, nothing but hate bore from him.
Turning back to his Aggrron, he wold return him back to his ball, then started to walk back to the entrance of the cavern with a slow limp that got greater as he walked further and further. Eventually Ral had fallen to one knee almost out of breath. looking to Arcadie who he wasn't sure was still with him. He couldn't see her in fact he was having a hard time seeing with getting light headed. I don't know if you are still with me or not but..." Ral gave a pause to catch his breath, "I think I lost to much blood" Ral really didn't know how bad his wound was on his back after all he couldn't see it, at this point hes back was just numb from all the pain from it he could't tell how much blood had lost from the wetness from the ack of his shirt.
"I might Have an idea on how I can get out of here with out making you hold my weight, but I need you to reach into my cloak on the right side and grab the very last pokeball on that side.. Ral let out a gasp of pain. "You wont get them confused once I use a Pokemon I place it on the other side of my cloak. My Tyrantrum should be able to carry me on her back rest of the way, I am just hopping I don't lose conciseness." At this point Ral had lost his vision due to the blood loss and collapsed on the floor, he worked up the strength to roll onto his back so she could grab the ball out of his cloak.

I HATE THE WAY like it's something secret you say my name ✥ ✥ ✥ ✥ Arcadie had honestly just been thinking about an answer to his question and hadn't noticed that her traveling companion had wandered off on his own path. She really wanted a shower... but she was also excited to see what Esprit's new form could do. Did she learn any new moves by taking this form? Was it permanent? Eventually, her attention was drawn by an exclamation of instructions and she turned to look back toward Ral. She didn't find him behind her and her eyes instinctively shifted toward the direction she thought she'd heard the voice.
He was... bloodied. She stiffened and stared, unaware that she was also the target of an attack. Thankfully, Esprit was attentive and the incoming Force Palm was ineffective against the large gem the dual-type held. An exclamation of concern came from her Sableye and she turned, realizing there was a Lucario, but... it too was different. Although she was shaking, Arcadie sniffled and swallowed back bile. "Hit it with Zen Headbutt!"
The normally-shy Pokemon jumped into action, swinging around her large stone and using its momentum to slam her head into the offending Pokemon. She could tell this did not cause the Lucario to flinch and took it upon herself to add a Shadow Claw for good measure. It did it's job, hitting a soft spot and doing additional damage. However, the opponent was smart. He'd waited for a move like this and now he used Copycat, retaliating with his own Shadow Claw.
His attack did not result in a critical hit, but he followed it up with a Nasty Plot, preparing himself for an even better attack coming at him. Arcadie was about to give instructions for another Shadow Claw, but her loyal Sableye wasn't listening. Instead, a Dazzling Gleam lit the area. The coordinator, though she focused on the appearance of moves, knew fairly well the mechanics of super-effective moves and this would not end well for her... or her Sableye.
Esprit knew what she was doing, however, and as the Lucario attempted to use Copycat to send the super-effective move straight back at her, the ghost used Power Gem to cancel it out. Now frustrated, the Lucario used Nasty Plot again. If this Pokemon was dumb enough to use Dazzling Gleam once, she'd be dumb enough to do it again. He'd get her that time. As dust settled, however, he found her settled behind her humongous jewel with a bright grin on her face. Wait... what?
The gem began to glow a sickly purple and she wasn't going to let this Pokemon harass her trainer anymore. The Punishment attack was like a cannon, causing the walls in the tunnels to shake as the Lucario smacked into one. The dust settled, revealing the Lucario which had used Endure to get through the attack. Esprit frowned deeply at this and walked right over to him as he was attempting to catch his breath. Setting up her gem again, she used Power Gem, which was weak against the steel-type, but was more than enough to finish him.
Seeing her Pokemon appeared to have it under control, Arcadie moved to Ral's side. He was talking about... getting out of here easily with his Tyrantrum... and she huffed a little at him in reply. "Stop moving," she uttered quietly. With a gulp, she took hold of his cloak and began to tear long strips to wrap around his torso to help slow as much of the bleeding as possible. She'd just make him a new one. It was fine. He could get mad about it all he wanted... Once he was wrapped, Arcadie would notice that Esprit had returned to her normal self and so she returned the dual-type.
Releasing Ficelle, she had him carry Ral. He used all four arms to cradle the gym leader, as opposed to just two to create a "swing" when Arcadie was traveling on him. Then they would start their way out of the cave and Arcadie would immediately start digging through her packs to find an extra coat, which she'd drape over Ral and tuck into the Pokemon's arms so it wouldn't come loose. Then she'd instruct the flying-type to just return Ral to the city as soon as possible. She'd bring the sled back. She wasn't taking no for an answer, no matter how much he or the barely-conscious man would argue. So off the Driblim went with Ral in his arms.
He'd make it to Aleal at least a few hours before Arcadie, but at least there didn't seem to be another storm and the girl would make it back, safe and sound. First thing was making sure the blonde was safe and being taken care of. Second... was going to rent a hotel room just to take a shower. She was covered in dirt and dust and blood and... she would take an hour long shower or so before she would change and head back to where Ral was being treated...
