Faraday Ruins

Beautiful chaos is more prevalent in the older, abandoned sections of the location—where progress used to flourish, now only silence remains. Majority of the floating rock masses that hover above the current ‘borders’ of the city proper are found in this area; and there is an abandoned part of the city here, found nestled up on one of the levitating megaliths.

Explorers have attempted to divine ways to get up to the floating masses, but to no avail—as majority of metallic gear is rendered useless by the stronger waves that permeate this section of the city; a result of the geothermal heat and the natural metallic resources clashing and at the same time melding together. In turn, this has exposed more of the deposits buried underneath, which can be found raining down on the surface from time to time, providing a unique ‘hazard danger’ to those brave enough to look around the place.
