Walking along the edge of the rather odd underground lake, Tokala kept an eye out for anything of use, briefly asking Gible to help him ignite a small wooden torch he'd brought down to light the way before continuing on into the paths that weren't naturally lit by the hole they'd created, wondering what was down here that tourist trainers seemed to have so much interest in. While his eyes were down on the ground however, his teddiursa's eyes shifted about everywhere, not nearly as focused, and to his detriment, suddenly lurching forward as he tripped over a Pyukumuku, growling a little as the tiny pokemon god in his way, about to yell it out, only for the pokemon's bide to activate, suddenly launched backwards by the doubled damage of the trip he'd done over the Pyukumuku. It seemed harmless, but for two such young and weak pokemon it was more than enough to do damage.

"Teddi ted!"

Leaping back to his feat the teddiursa rushed back into combat and swung his arms in slashing attacks, growling loud enough to catch Tokala's attention, the native trainer walking over and taking the tiny pokemon by the scruff of the neck, pulling it up into the air. "How about we don't attack pokemon who are just sitting there?"

Placing the Teddiursa to one side, he kneeled down and, after searching in a small pouch, held out a hand of berries, smiling quietly as the tiny pokemon fed from his palm.

"See? Harmless."

Continuing deeper into the cave along the pseudo shoreline, Tokala kept his eyes ahead while his tiny Teddiursa eyed the water, pacing along the side of it as if waiting for something else to tick him off. Beneath the surface, a small clamperl felt the pokemon was purposely glaring at it and fired a water gun from beneath the surface. The tiny bear cub jolted back as it was struck with the water, growling at the clamperl as it quickly locked itself up, ironing its defenses so the teddiursa would have a harder time retaliating. Not that it bothered him of course, as he charged into the water and furiously slashed over and over at the shell of the clamperl, before giving it a harsh kick out into the water...or it would have if the clamperl's hard shell didn't win against the bear cubs soft foot.

"What's going on here?"

The teddiursa turned it's eyes to Tokala, his psychic speech reaching the pokemon in it's own language easily. He pointed at the clamperl, yelling back the sensation that it had disrespected him. With a deep sigh, Tokala lifted the water pokemon out of the water, before eying the teddiursa. "You need to learn to control your temper...come. We'll see if arashi wants this when we next see her."
