"Eh. Heh. Yea, I guess so." He answered, not wanting to paint his self as the top sibling, not when he loved them as much as he did. He snickered though as his Sawsbuck snorted at being called a dog of any sort, but refused to lose any sort of dignity, so he kept his head high and locked his eyes with Vilfred when he called him over.

The Sawsbuck moved over to check out what Vilfred wanted and Aleks was left to his own devices. "Yea. Mudsdale did a lot of the work back at home as well. They're good Pokemon if you like them calm." In which he did, obviously. He turned red though at the thought of riding a Ponyta. That poor thing, would he be able to even sit all the way down on one? No, he wouldn't do that, he'd break the poor thing's back, or it's legs. He'd throw the entire thing horribly off balance. "Oh no that poor, theoretical Ponyta."

Almost as if on cue, Bjarke and Freja walked up. "Hey! Wait! You better not be talking about me, beanpole!" Freja was busy stifling her laughter while Vilfred was already devolving back into laughter. Aleks covered his mouth and raised an eyebrow, shoulders bouncing. "Speak of the devil and he shall appear. Bjarke! Don't interrupt conversations!" "I. You. Shutup." He waved him off and looked to the Braviary and grinned, holding out his hand for the bird to check out.

Just like Bjarke though, his own Braviary burst forth and shook the crown of feathers on his head and neck before walking over, wings spread and beak clicking happily as he checked out the other bird. His body language screamed that he was excited to meet a friend, and Aleks had little to not time to check out the bird considering his hand was rudely knocked to the side. "eh. Yea. Braviary can be eccentric. It's not often that you see someone with one of them, and I don't know what it is, but my own magnetizes to others." While he wasn't as eccentric with his motions as Roc was, he certainly was moving around quite a bit. Hopping side to side, wings occasionally opening by about a foot or so.

He ignored the taunts made by Bjarke as he observed the two birds. "Finding any bird that can carry people like us is a chore. They can be so fragile." Aleks looked to Freja, referencing her Unfezant... that could carry her by some miracle. She stuck her tongue out at him before he shrugged and looked back to Alex, raising an eyebrow. "What made you want to join the Rangers, by the way."
