- Valencia Farms -
Valencia Farms is located in Alterna City, a remade farm near the edges of the city to become a breeding ranch and home for Evarice Valencia. The expansive land has a large area set aside for Pokemon of all shapes and sizes to relax and be at peace with everything from a tiny forest to a small lake. Near this oasis is a smaller stable and land where pokemon who are to be bred get to stay, but is not any less peaceful or comforting. A small farm is nestled next to a few buildings that contain the home, the store, and a building dedicated solely to everything from an egg hatchery to storage for poke food.

Common Eggs - 10 each
Rare Eggs - 40 each
- Note - Eggs will have added expenses if they have an egg move or hidden ability as per down below.
Romantic Mush Breedings - if you do not want to wait and the breeding is failed, and there is an empty slot, a romantic mush could be used to try again. However the amount will be increased by 10.
Egg Moves/Hidden Abilities - If there is a possibility of an egg move or hidden ability that you want the price may increase by 5 each.
3 eggs result - There is the potential that any breeding attempt may result in 3 eggs, if Evarice keeps one the price can be lowered.
Note - Almost all prices can be negotiable, especially if the Pokemon used are ones Evarice has or not. Prices can also be lowered with possible pokemon or eggs traded to pay, they will be worth considering the above prices.

Eva had gotten a rather interesting request into her Breeding farm, a request from two different people to breed their Espeon and Arcanine together. She frowned a little bit at the two pokemon she had already released into the fenced in area she put Pokemon in to well... get to know each other and she was further away to keep an eye on things. Hoping that they got along and didn't try to destroy each other as she wrinkled her nose. She glanced down at the information however that came with them and couldn't help but sigh a little bit, one was even a gym leader too... Airis just kind of skipped herself into the breeding farm, to pick up one of the eggs and her Espeon with a big smile on her face. She was actually rather happy there was more then one egg so she could get such a cute little Growlithe herself. Carefully she put the egg in it's sling against her and then wrapped it with plenty of blankets and other things for warmth. "Thank you very much!"
Of course she didn't put her Espeon in a pokeball but rather let the Psychic type follow her around as she left the place. A soft happy hum going through her as she couldn't help but have a little bounce in her step.

Thomas had heard the good news, that the breeding between the Gym Leader's Espeon and his own Arcanine had produced not one, but two eggs. This meant that both parties each got an Egg they desired. The trainer walked in not only to collect Rufus, but the egg containing his new Eevee as well. The trainer walked up to the counter, smiling at the woman taking her place at it.
"Hey Eva, I'm here to pick up the Eevee Egg.", he said, pulling out the fee for the egg from his pocket and handing it off to her. Once everything was processed, and she got him the egg, Thomas smiled. "Thank you.", he said to her.

It was finally starting to get somewhat busy here, and frankly her first request was of rare pokemon and this time it was of evolved types too. A big smile was on Eva's face as she let the Gardevoir and Gallade out into the fenced in area before heading off to further away. It seemed interesting to her that both times had psychic types considering her special talents too. However she just relaxed and waited for a hopeful egg or so... Eva frowned a little bit before she took out a type of mushroom and kind of almost glared at the two psychic types before she gave it to them. Even though they didn't give any eggs at this point she hoped they would soon... Well with the hope they weren't fighting or hating each other, which just caused her to sigh and shake her head a little bit. However with just the mushroom it might not work, so she turned on some soft music and even tried to pull down some shades to give a more romantic setting hopefully... Before she scrammed back to her place.

It was time once again for her to try to breed some pokemon, this time she recognized one of them from last time as well that gave her issues. However this time the female was different, a ghost type which caused her to frown a little bit. After she released them and even got the music, light, and overall mood set she went back to her observation area. Vivian had heard about the eggs from a Gardevoir Gallade pair, and frankly there was one left of that pair. Sure there were more ralts eggs from her Misdreavus she borrowed out and said Gallade but she wanted the first set. When she came to pick up her ghost pokemon she also got herself an egg too with a smile on her face. "Thank you very much." With that she tucked the egg into a ready made carry sack and headed on her way with the Pokeball that contained her ghost pokemon as well.
Got last Gardevoir/Gallade egg, Eva kept one and Honoka got the last one

The psychic gym leader finally came to pick up her Gardevoir, well finally wasn't really that long just it took her a bit to get here considering how clumsy she was. After picking up Skysong though she noticed there were more eggs on sale from another breeding attempt that wasn't with her Gardevoir which caused her to brighten up. She had indeed wanted another Ralts to get a Gallade eventually so the smile on her face was growing. Getting one of those ralts eggs she also took off with her psychic type after thanking the breeder and heading out.
Got one of the Misdreavus/Ralts eggs.

It had been a bit since Eva had actually bred any pokemon, she had instead been working on improving her ranch and reading up on more information about being a breeder. However it seemed someone wanted to breed her chespin with their Espeon, wait it was the espeon she bred before it seemed. Giving a little shrug, maybe she could get one of the eggs this time? However if the owner didn't want one she'd probably sell them all. A grin on her face as she realized how much money that might bring her. Quickly though she set everything up and put the Chespin and Espeon together in their own area before going to her watching spot to make sure nothing goes bad. - Evarice -  Pokedex Name: Chespin Nickname: Gender: Male Ability: Bullet Proof Moveset: Rollout / Bite / Pin Missile / Seed Bomb and - Airis - Pokedex Name: Espeon Nickname: Eve Gender: Female Ability: Magic Bounce(HA) Moveset: Wish / Quick Attack / Swift / Future Sight / Psychic
While those two smaller ones were getting to know each other however, Eva had turned to look at the other area she had set up this entire time. It was actually larger then the previous breeding area, for her larger possibles in breeding so they would be more comfortable. A little smile spread on her face as she even put in a lake of sorts for water types and other various little additions to both areas. Well of course one area had a larger version of everything though. But she could still see everything, and in this new larger area was a Hydreigon.... with her female Skrelp.
