Mission name: Null and Void Participants: @aurora , Asche SinclairCatching?: Yes; two Type: Null at the end, the spawns before these uncatchable Spawning: Industrial, 3 sets of 2 uncatchable evolved Industrial Pokémon (one for each of us, and each set requiring at least 500 WC from each of us), then two Type: Null, which also requires 500 WC. Mission details: The Pokémon League has been doing genetic research based on events in Alola, recreating the experiments for potential use by the League. The research was based in a secret area in Sinclair, but it seems like the Type: Null they created got too curious and broke out. They’re now running around in the ‘wild’ section of Sinclair, causing chaos by scaring and fighting local Pokémon, which has created obvious problems for trainers and citizens alike. Since both were in the immediate area, Asche Sinclair and Aurora Halloran are dispatched to take care of the problem, taking down and capturing the errant Pokémon. Afterwards, they’re requested to keep these Pokémon, to continue research that cannot be continued in the lab – namely, exposure to the world and its evolution. Reward: 2 Type: Null Experiment OverstimulationAurora stood on the metal ground of Sinclair in one of the city’s backmost carriages, a strong look on her face as she flexed her fingers. A part of her was a little off, a tad awkward about the idea of taking care of a problem in Sinclair, but the only real reason was that she just didn’t know Sinclair, at least not nearly as well as she did Aleal. But, that didn’t matter, really; even if the League wasn’t specifically asking for her help, since she was in the area, as soon as she heard about the trouble, she was planning to help; all she needed to do was switch out some of her Pokémon at the closest PokéCenter. Thankfully, though, her relatively lack of knowledge of Sinclair was a non-issue entirely; she was assigned as a partner to Asche Sinclair, not only a Gym Leader of the city, but its mayor, not to mention one of the descendants of the very creator of the city. She turned her determined eyes to him, her gaze weakening into a faint confusion. “So our mission is to battle a couple of escaped Pokémon, catch them, and return them, right?” Asche nodded in response, making Aurora smirk in amusement. “The League could have told us more than ‘You’ll know it when you see it’ about the Pokémon in question, but it’s alright, no big deal. I’ve done missions with less info!” Despite her type specialty, she gave Asche a warm, almost shining bright smile, stretching her muscles a little bit before putting her arms back down. “Would you like to lead the way? You know the city better than I do.”As Asche presumably nodded, she steeled her nerves, smirking softly as she readied herself for some hard work. “Let’s Do this!”Asche Sinclair

{ } Asche had been glad that Aurora had decided to help him on this mission. In truth her assistance wasn't required but for some reason the League had heavily advised getting a second gym leader to join him. In truth, despite his outwards appearance of calm, Asche was unnerved about this entire mission. High-Ranked League Missions always bothered him, as they almost always lacked detail. So needlessly vague, leading a huge increase in a chance for error. He could never understand why they couldn't have more detail. No pokemon type, no physical description, or even an idea for what kind of moves to expect.
As if that wasn't bad enough, there was the fact that Asche had no idea when, how, or even where the pokemon got on the train. The only pokemon who could get on without him noticing were those with the ability to avoid the cameras, namely ghost types and Kekeleons. There was no way this mission was about a Kekeleon, so the option was obvious: a very very powerful ghost type. No regular ghost type would gain the league's attention. So this had to be something big, strong, or possibly even both.
Either way he needed to focus on the task at hand, not theorizing. Asche would begin to walk with Aurora, quickly correcting her. "Actually they made no mention of returning the pokemon. It seems what happens to them is up to us. Although, I would assume they will want them back. We'll have to find out after we capture them." He stated, before he sensed....something. Reaching for a pokeball, he released a Jangmo-o from it, only slightly turning his head in the direction of what he was sensing. "There are pokemon coming. Shall we train ours?"MADE BY VEL OF GS

Experiment OverstimulationHer partner may have been lamenting and seething over the lack of information, she was pretty much relishing it. The mystery was fun! Of course it was unfortunate that something was making the Pokémon population so afraid and chaotic, but at the same time, it was a mystery to what exactly was so strong, so unusual to make them all so afraid! She couldn't help but grin at the possibilities! This Pokémon was apparently so strange that the League didn't feel the need to describe it to them, which made the mystery all the sweeter! Aurora was still nervous, but the distraction of the mystery was enough to totally bring her confidence back. And with that back, she could tell herself that this wasn't anything different than facing a wild Pokémon - it may have been a higher level than some other wild Pokémon, but she was a higher level, too! She paused from her enthusiasm for a moment when Asche made a very good point, putting her into a thoughtful expression. They did prioritize just capturing them, technically; containing them to stop the panic. A little odd, when she thought about it, but she wrote it off as a panicky thing - the whole thing happened not even a day ago, so there was a sense of time here. Her brow furrowed in determination as Asche let out a Pokémon, nodding in agreement as she pulled out a Dusk Ball. "Yeah, let's do this!"Mission BattleShe threw the Ball, and it popped open, pouring out a blackness, a feigned darkness, forming into a thin, white, floating Pokémon. The Ice-type opened its eyes, speaking quietly. "Froslaaaass." The Pokémon put her hand to her mouth, Aurora confidently matching the pose as two Pokémon suddenly ran around a corner, screaming in panick before they saw that they were in their way. Their screaming suddenly turned into yelling, the Electivire barreling right for Froslass. Electricity sparked around his tails, massive sparks jumping between the tips before flying towards her Pokémon. Aurora threw her hand aside, her smirk disappearing into a determined glare as she yelled, "Glaze, Double Team!"The powerful Electric attack arced up, streaking through the air to slam down onto Glaze like a thunderbolt, but the attack only hit an afterimage, disappearing with the powerful attack, making it strike the ground instead - and creating an impromptu arcing show at that. Aurora ignored this, yelling, "Will-O-Wisp, then Hex!" Glaze reappeared off to the side, and the wild Pokémon wasn't quick enough to notice her creating whitish-blue wisps, throwing them at the wild Pokémon, impacting it and burning it. The Electivire cried out, whirling to her, but Glaze was already glaring at the wild Pokémon, a malevolent and spectral-powered glare, a purple glow wisping off of her as Electivire flinched and shivered. The damage was subtle, but it was strong, but even so, it wasn't going down so easily. Its previous attack missed, so it swung its arm in an arc, forming a flurry of star-shaped projectiles, but this time, Aurora didn't bother telling her Pokémon to dodge, and neither did Glaze; they both knew it was Swift. The Normal-type attack flew towards Glaze, and the Ghost-type Pokémon just smirked as the attack flew through her to impact the ground behind her. The Electric-type flinched, its Burn causing it pain, but it didn't give in, powerful sparks flying between its tails again. Another Thunder fired up to try to fall down on Glaze again, but Aurora called out for another Double Team, letting the energy course through the metal ground again. Aurora ordered another Hex, and this time, Glaze appeared in front of of the Electivire, too close for comfort, startling it before doing another ghostly glare, making the wild Pokémon in supernatural fear before collapsing. Aurora ran over, looking over the wild Pokémon warily, then let out a sigh of relief, gingerly petting its head. "Don't worry, we'll take care of things. Everything will be okay soon."

{ } Asche would watch as moving blob of black and purple poison approached him and his pokemon. His Jangmo-o stood proudly, awaiting its order to strike down the pokemon that was rushing towards him. Asche was a dragon gym leader, and he saw the Swalot the same way it saw him, as well as how his Jangmo-o saw the Swalot. An obstacle preventing them from going forward. Asche looked down at his Jangmo-o, giving a verbal command. "Emperor. Tornado if you would be so kind." Asche said, not saying the moves out loud. He normally didn't when he was speaking out loud instead of telepathically. He refused to spell out his attacks when near other trainers, even other gym leaders. After all that made them easier to dodge.
Emperor would do as Asche wished, circling the sluggish Swalot as it began to take a deep breath. From behind the pokemon would release a blast of bright purple energy, a dragon's breath. The Swalot would not turn, merely remaining where it was, a small indentation made from the blast before returning to its original form. Asche could read it's mind. It was stockpiling energy, slowly increasing its defense. Emperor would continue barraging the pokemon with its breathe attack, but with each hit his attacks were doing less and less.
Then each Asche was noticing something more important: he was having a hard time reading the pokemon's thoughts. He could still make them out, but they were lagging a few miloseconds behind. Instead of knowing when the pokemon was going to moments before it preformed the move, he only knew it as it was doing so. Even then it seemed to forget what it was doing right after it finished. Great, it was using Amnesia as well.
Glancing at his pokemon's continued attacks, he could see the barrage of dragon blasts were doing the same as poking it. The attacks were useless. Use Dragon Tail instead of Breath. He told it telepathically. Now instead of constantly circling its enemy, it was using its tail to flip around and over the pokemon, occasionally slapping the pokemon around with its tail while moving. Dragon Dance was a beautiful way of fighting. Most would just assume the dragon was moving around the battlefield, but in reality it was mentally and physically preparing itself, constantly getting faster and stronger. Soon its own increase in strength was enough to counter the Swalot's increase in defense. Still it was taking a while, taking around three hits to do a decent amount of damage. Yet the thing was just sitting there. What was it planning?
It wasn't until he saw it's body warp around Emperor's tail that he realized what it planned to do. It's body began burning the small pokemon's body as it healed itself. Pain Split...and... NO! Asche could see what it was about to do. Taking his pokeball out Asche would recall Emperor, moving next to Aurora as he simultaneously dropped another pokeball. From it would sprout another pokemon, a Dragonite. Ghidorah, protect us now! He said telepathically as his pokemon followed his command instantly. The Swalot was swelling as it filled with energy, before exploding outwards, the force hitting his Dragonite head on. As the dust settled, Asche looked up at his Dragonite. The Swalot had done barely anything to him, infact from what he sensed, Dragonite was too focused on the new woman infront of him. He knew what was about to happen.
The Dragonite would rush over to the small woman as fast as he could, still not used to being such a huge pokemon. It would try to nuzzle up to the thick clothed woman. Her outfit was different than the ones Asche normally wore, something new! The pokemon was clearly energetic. Asche would merely watch, analyzing his pokemon. It still neglected its arms and legs, used to being a serpentine pokemon. It only used its wings because it disliked being on the ground. He had to teach it to adjust later. Perhaps this mission was a good time?MADE BY VEL OF GS
