Marcie was growing annoyed by the amount of pokemon flowing out of the tunnels towards her Berry trees on the ranch, and while she had Gardevoir beginning to shift rocks into the tunnels to seal off the paths, they still seemed to be coming relentlessly. Maybe it was a mistake for her not to invest in that pokemon repellent for the Ranch, and she'd be sure not to make that mistake again. For now however she had a job to do and had to protect her investment, using only her strongest pokemon to deal with the threat.

More Vigoroth? Where where they even coming from? Ah well, she had no reason to focus on the science behind this sudden ultra wormhole surge, that was Luke's job. It was her job to protect her ranch and with another Vigoroth all she saw was another threat. The sunny day of her Roserade still prominent in the sky, she began to charge up her solar beam in the bright light before an eelektrik struck it with a spark from behind, whirling around sharply and firing the solar beam at it instead, blasting it back towards Marceline.
"Roserade focus! It's almost at the tree!"
The Roserade hissed through her teeth but turned to focus on the main opponent, charging a second solar beam and firing it sharply into the side of the Vigoroth, blasting it out of the tree similar to it's brother moments ago.

With no need to train Marceline wasn't too bothered by the Torkoal, she picked out one from the group and sent her Gardevoir after it, thinking the pokemon could be good if she ever wanted to add some warmth to a pool and just have it sit in there to make it a hot spring. The Gardevoir didn't show much mercy, picking off the smallest torkoal that was pushing through the tunnel holes as the rest wandered off aimlessly away from the ranch, grasping the pokemon in a Psychic pulse, before slamming it hard down into the ground with another, dusting her hands off with a scoff at the weaker pokemon now embedded in the grass.

Marcie had less and less time as the battles went on, and with another insect threatening her berries she didn't feel like it was worth much thought. Calling out her Delphox, the fire fox began to spin it's wand the moment it began to charge a mystical fire, blasting the burning magic off towards the Yanma and engulfing it in flames, the Delphox holding a proud smirk as the little dragonfly hit the ground hard, and turning to Marcie to display her pride at her own power. Marcie rolled her eyes with a smirk of her own, gesturing for her pokemon to follow as they began to leave.
