Brent Arthur Abraxas

Brent is 5'6" with a lean musculature from his hard work in the gardens. He often wears loose t-shirts to sleeveless shirts. His jeans are almost always dirty and he wears anywhere from large boots to worn sneakers.

Brents' eyes are almond shaped and a stunning blue. His hair is blonde and kept short. He wears two earrings in his left ear and has an angular face. His skin is lightly tanned from his time spent working.

Intelligent is one way to describe Brent. While not overly motivated to get things done he does appreciate the feeling of accomplishment he gets when finishing something. His knowledge expands more to pokemon and plants than to people making him awkward around others. He isn't a loner though and enjoys other peoples company and views. He enjoys hearing even 'uneducated' theories believing that another person's train of thought may just jog his own understanding.

He was raised in a household that believed in politeness and respecting one's elders. To that extent he often calls people sir or ma'am and will always say please or thank you. He is also very loyal to his family and friends believing that without them he may find himself lacking any human touch at all.

He doesn't have strong religious beliefs opting more for just going with the flow. He is unapologetic towards those who he believes have done wrong though and has a belief that a death penalty should be enforced for the cruelest of people. Though he himself would never kill.

Being rich has its benefits. Brent was born into a comfy life. His family had made their fortune as land and orchard owners in Alterna for over three-hundred years. He was born towards the middle of his siblings. He has two older brothers and a younger sister. So he was never in line to inherit anything from the family.

Because of this, he was left mainly to his own devices. He grew up somewhat spoiled since no one would pay attention to him and on a daily basis, they bought his love with toys. After a time though it wasn't enough as he realized they were just doing it to keep him out of their hair. He grew a bit rebellious but was loyal to the family and would do nothing that could actually harm them.

Instead, he stopped asking for things. Deciding if he couldn't get true love from his family then he would look elsewhere. That's when he turned to pokemon. Several pokemon worked at the orchard helping prep the trees and defend them from wild hungry pokemon looking for a snack. He worked the orchards with them as much as he could learning to understand their body language and even playing with the younger pokemon when they had nothing for him to do.

Since he wasn't going to be playing a part in the family business except maybe as a worker he decided to try and find something that interested him. His sister was into fashion having been spoiled by his mother and his brothers each was going to split the business and the work. It left him feeling out since he had nothing to do that was his alone. It was the pokemon themselves that cheered him up helping him realize the one thing he did that no one else in the family really did was work exclusively with the pokemon.

However, he later learned his father had wanted to expand the business. Despite having felt left out; his family did think at least somewhat on what it was he could do and keep it in the family business. They had purchased a shop in Caravella to give to him. There he could sell what he wanted along with the produce they shipped to him.

He couldn't refuse since it was the first time he felt included in the family even though they were sending him far away. Once there he decided to keep to the green thumb of his family and grow flowers to sell as well. Keeping the two sections noticeably separated for those with allergies.

Minor Strength: A Strength Minor has enough practice or training to have built up some extra muscle. Heavy lifting maxes at about 150lbs (68kg) at a time comfortably. Due to Brents time hauling manure bags among other things he has developed some muscle.

Major Dexterity: A Dexterity Major has very fine motor skills and can manipulate things quickly. Trimming the flowers, cutting at 45-degree angles so they last longer and even arranging those delicate petals. It all needs a soft touch and a lot of patience to make everything look great.

Ballroom Dancing: Yes he knows it. His mother enjoys throwing parties and it's only polite to know how to dance.

Brent's fingers brushed along the green stem as he carefully snipped away the bud. The flowers ready to be harvested and trimmed down. He placed the gentle stalk in a bubbling liquid and would be transferred to water soon enough.

He used lemon-lime soda to keep the plant's healthy longer. The moment a flower is cut it starts the wilting process but the sugar in soda gives it the energy to bloom longer. Clearer sodas were of course better.

The sound of a yip reached his ears making him turn around to the two playful Pokemon. A Houndour and Vulpix that had been abandoned in an alley not but a block from here. Having two fire types in his garden was a hazard to say the least yet he couldn't let the brothers stay out in the cold.

He gave a wary glance to Amelia his Psyduck who just gave a raised brow at him. They were his problem, not hers something she made painfully obvious. She'd only step in to put out a fire cause this was her home too.

"Easy guys," Brent sighed hearing a chuckle from his own walking living tree. A gift from his parents the ghostly Trevenant had served the family for awhile. He admittedly appreciated the help starting this place up. The Trevenant was a boon and had a great sense of humor as well keeping the air light.

The pups continued knawing at one another the Vulpix as always having the upper hand. He was fiercer than his brother for some reason. Brent always thought the half-dark type would be meaner but he was more a cuddle bug than anything. Brent just smiled and shook his head returning to the plants.
