As the young coordinator was walking through the roughly level rocky landscape, she wrinkled her nose as she noticed a weird looking Pokemon further over. It was a normal type she kind of knew, but honestly she preferred her Audino or even Sentret over such a weird clumsy thing. Giving a little snort, Vivian even saw some oddly colored dust nearby too, a type of salt she believed maybe but she just shrugged and walked on further with a shake of her head.

Vivian wasn't really concerned about Shoal salt, she had enough for her own uses honestly and she had better pokemon then that Spinda too. A soft hum comes from her as she slowly continued to walk through the area with a bit of a smile. In her hands she is fiddling with a Pokeball as she sighed softly and shook her head, she glanced over towards it with a smile before continuing.

As Vivian was walking around, she came across what appeared to be a fossil, she couldn't help but wrinkle her nose though and shook her head. Almost immediately she left it behind even as she wiped her hands on a rag almost subconsciously. She didn't know why people liked fossils or these fossil pokemon that they were either, to her they were ugly or dirty or both. Not too long later though she heard some rustling around and turned her gaze towards it.

It appeared to be a bug, she didn't like bugs, but this one... was in a rather cute outfit made of leaves. In fact it looked cute to her, a little smile spread over her face before she gave a little nod. She hadn't planned on capturing a bug type pokemon but since it had clothes then maybe it could mend or make her own ones? The red light appeared and out came a Buneary who glanced towards Vivian before she tilted her head to the side. "Alright Olivia, use fire punch on that bug!" The bunny tilted her head to the other side and turned to look at the Sewaddle before she hopped over. Fire swept over her paw before well she punched the bug grass type who started to flail and roll around to put the fire out.

After the normal type attacked the Sewaddle didn't go too far before her body started to shake and buzz. The buzzing got so loud and intense that the sound wave rushed forward to smack into Olivia which caused her to slide a bit. The bug didn't use any grass type attacks so bug buzz was it's only choice, along with trying to slow Olivia down with string shot or sticky web her in place. Olivia on the other hand was sometimes told to use pound but Vivian preferred to just use fire punch each and every time.

A few rounds swiftly went past and both pokemon were getting tired, Vivian frowned a little bit before she tossed a pokeball towards the buggy grass type. "Come on, I don't want to have to spend all day here and it is getting kind of late." The young woman managed to mumble out as she watched the pokeball with suspense.

Vivian gave a little smile as she picked up the Pokeball with the grassy bug, she wasn't thinking of catching a bug but this one will do her at least. She wasn't the type to choose those beauty butterflies or anything either so a kind of behind the scenes possibly seamstress would be best. Another thing caught her eye though, another orb marble thing which she picked up before giving a little shrug.

Sure why not grab it and take it with her, maybe if she didn't want it she could sell it. Quickly however she kept walking around the level areas of ground and near the cliffs. Of course she was being careful, and keeping an eye out on her surroundings with a little frown. "Come on Swablu, I know you guys fly around here I heard from several people... please..." She managed to mumble to herself as Vivian gave it her all to find such a fluffy bird.

Vivian couldn't help but frown and fold her arms, though that didn't last long because she had to hold them out again to help her keep her balance. There weren't many other treasures to find anything either as she frowned and looked around. However the breeze felt nice which caused her to stop and close her eyes to enjoy it for a few moments.

Slowly she tilted her head back and opened her eyes to look up at the sky, only to see something already flying around up there. Her heart lept in joy for a few seconds before she realized the shape and size were completely wrong for a swablu.... The smile on her face slowly shifted into a frown before she raised a hand up to shield her eyes to get a better look. It wasn't really a bird she knew well, they tended to use that kind for some shows but she never cared enough to look into it much. Shaking her head however she started to take off to look elsewhere, having such a big bird around here might not help her.

As the young actress kept continuing, she had ran into a Pokemon that she knew was well sought after by a few people. With a little sigh and a shake of her head though, it wasn't the Swablu she had wanted afterall. Releasing Olivia her Buneary who glanced around and noticed the Gligar before she perked up, Vivian just frowned a little bit as she tried to remember what might help. For starters she thought it would be weak against fighting until a rather fuzzy memory floated up saying that was wrong and ice and water would work. Thankfully her Buneary knew an ice type attack, she didn't want to use her Audino or Mismagius currently after all.

"Alright Olivia, use Ice Beam and if it does well just keep using it alright, if not try to dodge and do your other moves as I say." The Gligar had noticed them by now and had already launched itself into a quick attack to smash into the bunny pokemon. The ice beam hit the flying ground type squarely and was surprisingly effective in smashing him against the ground. Ice beam after Ice beam was sent as sky uppercuts, acrobatics, and even a couple X-Scissor moves launched from the enemy Pokemon. Several rounds passed before both Pokemon were exhausted and the Gligar practically fell to the ground barely still awake. Vivian quickly launched a pokeball towards the wild Pokemon as she watched with a frown.

Vivian couldn't help but frown and narrow her eyes when she spotted the gligar, it escaped the pokeball when she thought it had exhausted itself. Giving a little snort she recalled the buneary and put it back in her pocket with a soft huff. "Well you did well Olivia, but I guess I'm going to go all out here." With that she tossed out another pokeball that released a purple audino, her shiny first pokemon that had been with her for ages. "Alright Astraea time to shine!"

The Gligar did seem a little tired, but if she had to say it looked like being in the pokeball for a few moments replenished it's strength a fair bit. Well no matter, hopefully her audino would do well enough or she'd have to bring out her mismagius too. "Astraea use Dazzling Gleam" The audino had turned her attention to the gligar who bounced a little bit on it's tail while taunting the trainer and pokemon. The light glimmered and shot towards the ground flying type before hitting it, causing it to fall on his back and roll a few feet.

Gligar however gave a little snort before he nimbly jumped up and dashed here and there, using acrobatics to land a hit on the normal type before trying to dodge out of the way. This attack seemed to hit harder on the audino then her attack on the gligar. Vivian couldn't help but frown and grimace a little bit, trying to recall anything that would be helpful against this monstrosity. "Astraea try surf." Water soon rose up and slammed into the gligar that went rolling even further and sprawled out on the ground.

He was down but not out, getting up and shaking the dirt off of himself before suddenly turning around and shooting towards the audino. His claw soared out in a sky uppercut towards the normal type, sending the audino flying back to the human attacker with a soft thud against her legs. Both pokemon were injured and tired, if this kept up the gligar just might win. Vivian frowned before picking up a pokeball and tossing it towards the Gligar in the hopes of a catch this time, or else it was going to be a tad unlucky for her.
