Yumi tucked her arm in a little better against her chest in her usual sling to carry it's weight, her coat pulled over it a little on the right site to make sure it was covered up more than the coat's natural flow would normally provide. Her amber eyes scanned the caves ahead of them as her Sawk and Wartortle followed not too far behind.

"Alright guys, we should be getting into the areas were loot will be a bit more plentiful. Cardon, why don't you go ahead and make sure the pokemon don't bother us? Ko-ken, with me yeah?"

The two pokemon were definitely fine with those terms, the wartortle hopping away on all fours to add to his speed, leaping up and swirling in the air as he was coated in a stream of water, jetting down along the natural flow of the tunnels while his trainer kneeled down to begin likely digging at the walls in search of her treasure, the water pokemon eventually managing to hear a light bit of movement up ahead, bringing himself to a halt at the source of the sound coming around the corner, eyes narrowing and peering around the corner. Snickering over her last defeated foe was a rather confident looking lizard pokemon, one Cardon wasn't too blessed in knowing, but with a flamethrower sparking from her maw in victory, it was clear that he had the advantage.

Ducking into his shell, he rolled out into view, the Salazzle's back still to him and giving him the advantage however, the water pokemon smirking wide as he placed his hands together, a pulse of energy generating an aura sphere between his palms. He wouldn't waste anything that wasn't a water attack on the Salazzle, so instead his eyes turned to the ceiling of the cave above the Salazzle, throwing the aura sphere and forcing the weakened roof of the mines to collapse down on the lizard's head, barely providing it enough time to hiss in reaction and crawling out before it was buried in rubble, growling and snapping it's maw before firing out a blast of flames, the flame burst exploding at the feet of the wartortle, the slow pokemon hissing lightly at the heat, but given the type advantage, he was sure he'd be fine.

Rearing his head back, his cheeks puffed out as he generated a torrent of water, slamming down on all fours to support himself like the blastoise he was soon to become might do, a torrent of water bursting out from his lips, practically filling the width of the mine itself, the cheeky smile of the wartortle returning and growing as the water drizzled away, rearing back to two legs as he spotted the blasted Salazzle miles down the mine shaft, groaning and whining. Yep, it was definitely a fire type to take that kind of damage, and Cardon was definitely glad to be back in the field. Maybe Yumi wasn't entirely prepared to be training again, but boy was he eager.

Taking Flynium-Z
