Coming ashore from Arashi's little cruise ship, Tokala kicked off the back of the Lapras' shell and crouched down to give it a soft stroke atop the head, resting his forehead against it's own and giving it a quiet thank you telepathically before allowing it to return to the boat once all of his own pokemon had dismebarked, the tiny pokemon all looking up to him and wondering what was on the agenda today, bringing a faint frown as he realized he might dissapoint them.
'No big plans today guys. I just needed an excuse to stretch my legs. That ship is a lot smaller than you'd think once you start living on it.' Some of them did indeed seem dissapointed, but he offered a light smirk as he adjusted the cloak he'd be wearing today, buttoning it about his neck. 'Don't worry, I have a hunt planned for us this weekend so no pouties.'
The pokemon were all quick enough to get the idea and began to disperse, waiting for Tokala to call them back to the pier but for now just taking the chance to explore the city. With a slow breath, Tokala almost turned to wander off himself before the cry of his Pyukumuku made him realize the tiny pokemon hadn't managed to hitch a ride with any of the others, smiling down at the tender, quiet pokemon and lifting it up, resting the sticky little creature atop his head.
'Don't worry, you can come with me.'
Heading off into the city, his Pyukumuku resting atop his head and preventing him from raising his hood, the Altonian native hummed an old tune he recalled from the tribe as he dipped and swerved through the busy crowds of the city, ever so casually stealing a newspaper before starting to scale the walls of a small alleyway, kicking up onto a dumpster before hooking a hand into a fire escape, finding a nice perch on the bottom floor of it to read up on what had been going on...ugh. That Konto kid had another hostage situation...the little terrorist made him feel like none of his own chaos had any purpose when people compared the two of them.
