When Thomas had come home one night to the fact that his place was visited by not only a horde of Whirlipede, but several other Pokemon, including one he had never seen before. The strange creature that seemingly fell from the sky, a lazy creature at that, was one of those kept by the trainer.
Later on, Thomas would hear more stories about such creatures falling from the skies. This would prompt the trainer to investigate what was going on during one of his days off.
Armed with some of his more competent fighters, as well as Buster and his Bagon, in the interest of training them, Thomas set out around Faraday to investigate.

While Thomas was walking down the street, he would spot a Furfrou and another person interacting. It would seem that the person in question was being wooed by the Furfrou. That was, until the person went to pet the canine, where the Furfrou struck them, sending them running. For a moment, the Furfrou gave them chase, before stopping, and seemingly laughing to herself.
Thomas, having heard about a mischievous Furfrou that was randomly attacking people in this neighborhood, decided it was time to take care of it. And while such a Pokemon seemed like an easy mark, he knew all too well what Furfrou was capable of, being one of the Pokemon most associated with the Kalos Region.
Taking no chances, Thomas produced Colt the Clawitzer to handle the Furfrou. "Colt, open up with an Aura Sphere, and take out the dog however you see fit.", Thomas told the eager Clawitzer.
The Clawitzer would immediately fire off an Aura Sphere from his large pincer, giving the dog no time to react as the Fighting-type move blasted her back several feet. The Furfrou struggled to her paws, giving the Clawitzer an angry glare, before moving in close. As the Clawitzer got ready to fire off a Water Pulse, the Furfrou moved in to strike the Clawitzer with a quick bite. Despite this, Colt maintained focus, and fired off a point-blank Water Pulse at the Furfrou, sending it skidding backwards, seemingly knocked out.

Thomas would take a moment to make sure that the Furfrou wasn't merely feigning unconscioussness, in an attempt to get in another sneak attack, before tapping the dog with a Pokeball. And as expected, the troublesome Furfrou was finally contained, and taken off the streets. As Thomas got ready to send the Pokeball off to his PC for processing, something watched him in the shadows. A lone Glameow, one that had long been a target of the Furfrou's "wrath", had witnessed the battle taking place, and much to her relief, found that the Furfrou had been taken care of, seemingly for good. "Good work, Colt.", Thomas told the Clawitzer. Before the Glameow could get away from the area, something caught her eye. A hole briefly opened up in the sky, and not one, but four creatures fell from the sky, and onto the ground below. The Glameow didn't recognize any of the lethargic-looking creatures that fell from the sky, but the trainer she was watching looked like he recognized them off the bat. In fact, Thomas did recognize them as being the same creature that Eleonore told him about. The one that fell from the sky while he was at work, and managed to give Ludleth hell. Thomas looked around at the four alien creatures, and decided that instead of having Colt just take them all out in one fell swoop, that now was a good time to train up his two "fresher" Pokemon. Thomas would sent out his Bagon, and Buster the Poliwag. The two of them looked around, with the Bagon giving a more bloodthirsty expression at all the targets lined up for him. The Bagon would take a deep breath, concentrating himself for striking at the weak points of his foes. Meanwhile, Buster would smack his tail against his belly, causing the Poliwag to wince in pain, but his spirits to be lifted. It was at this point that Colt, who was still near his master, hit the Poliwag with a Heal Pulse, healing off the damage that the tadpole had dealt to himself. The lazy Slakoth only looked on at the two Pokemon apathetically, despite the obvious fact that the duo would be coming for them. It would be the Bagon that would draw first blood, as he fired off a Flamethrower at one of the Slakoth. The sloth would cry out in pain, but otherwise didn't move. The Bagon would then follow this up by rushing at the Slakoth with a Dragon Claw, raking the creature with his claws, and ultimately knocking it out. Buster would rush up to one of the Slakoth, and give it a harsh Wake-Up Slap. The attack, ironically, served only to knock the lazy creature out cold, thanks to Buster's strength having been maximized. With two Slakoth having been brought down, things were starting to look even for the duo. It was then that the bloodthirsty Bagon would spot something watching them from the shadows. The Glameow, despite her desires to get out of dodge, found herself glued where she sat, watching the battle in awe. It was at this point that the Bagon charged off from where he stood with Buster, and came after the cat. "Wha- what are you doing!?", Thomas called out to the Bagon, who didn't seem to register that his master was calling him, his focus only being on the Glameow he spotted. The feline in question began to ran as fast as her legs could carry her. The two remaining Slakoth came at the Poliwag, aiming to retaliate for the fall of their two comrades. The nearest Slakoth attempted to maul the Poliwag, and roughhouse with the tadpole. The second Slakoth simply went for a practical blow aimed to chip away at the Poliwag. Buster would just barely notice the first Slakoth coming at him, and hopped out of the path of the Slakoth's charge, causing it to his the ground. The second Slakoth manage to successfully swipe at the Poliwag, causing the tadpole to cry out in pain. Thankfully, Buster was still up and able to fight. And in retaliation for the hit, the Poliwag would strike the offending Slakoth with a Wake-Up Slap. The strike would connect, knocking it out as well. Buster would then rush over to the final Slakoth, nailing it with yet another Wake-Up Slap, and taking it down. "Excellent work, Buster. Now comes the task of finding where the HELL that Bagon went off t-", Thomas tried to say, before spotting a familiar figure approaching. While Buster had dealt with the duo of Slakoth, the Bagon managed to catch his "prey". Despite the natural advantage in speed the Glameow had over Bagon, the dragon would use a Dragon Dance to speed himself up, before resuming his pursuit. The Glameow, seeing that the Bagon wouldn't relent, decided to try to fight back. The Glameow, from a corner, managed to tackle the Bagon, and Played Roughly with it. The Bagon, despite the odd pain the attack caused him, managed to soldier through, and deliver a decisive Dragon Claw to the feline, knocking it out in retaliation for the ambush. From there, he'd drag the unconscious body of his conquest over to his master. Back in the present, Thomas looked on in slight annoyance and bewilderment at what the Bagon had done, and the shape he was in after his stunt. But most of all, Thomas was glad that the Bagon was ultimately safe, despite everything. "We're going to have a talk about this. But... good job...", Thomas said to the Bagon.

After the battle was done, Colt got to blasting both Buster and Icarus with a Heal Pulse each, in order to mend the injuries the two sustained. Thomas would grab five Pokeballs from his bag, and tap all five Pokemon with them. In the time that Thomas was containing the five fallen Pokemon, Icarus' body began to glow, and his form to shift in the white light. Finally, Icarus would take the next step towards achieving the dream shared by his species.
Thomas would turn around to see that Icarus had evolved into a Shelgon. But behind the three Pokemon he had out, an Alakazam would arrive. The Psychic-type had shorter whiskers, indicating that this was a Female Alakazam. The Alakazam would fire off a Psychic blast at the group, with Colt using Aqua Jet to rush into the path of the attack, taking it for the two younger members of the group.
Thomas quickly grabbed a Pokeball from his belt, unleashing Kalameet the Hydreigon from the capsule as soon as he could. The Hydreigon would immediately take note of the wile Alakazam attacking his comrades, and would fire at the Alakazam with a Dark Pulse.
The Dark Pulse would hit the Psychic-type dead on, sending her flying back several feet, before landing on her back on the pavement. The Alakazam looked up at the three-headed dragon with a fearful look, knowing that she had no means of taking on such an opponent. So the Alakazam would hastily attempt to teleport off, only to find that she could only go a short distance away from the group, due to the attack she sustained.
Kalameet would quickly fire off another Dark Pulse at the Alakazam, only for her to teleport out of the path of the attack at the last moment. But as she arrived at her destination, she would find the Shelgon from earlier slash at her with a Dragon Claw. The Alakazam panicked, and teleported off again. She would manage to get a few feet away, and attempt to set up a Reflective field in order to shield herself against physical assault.
Not that it did her any good, as despite the Reflective screen being up, the Dragon Claw managed to do just enough damage to finish the job started by the Hydreigon.
Thomas used a hand gesture to signal his Pokemon to remain on their guard, as he walked over to the seemingly fallen Alakazam, to make sure she was truly down, before even thinking about making a capture.

Once he could confirm that the Alakazam was unconscious, Thomas produced an Ultra Ball from his bag. The trainer would tap the Psychic with the ball, allowing her to get sucked in. From there, it was only a matter of the short wait, before the ball let off that familiar spark, signalling that the Alakazam was now contained.
But before he could celebrate, a troublesome Plusle attempted to launch a Swift barrage into the group of Thomas' Pokemon, only to hit the Hydreigon, who looked on in irritation. Buster would be the first to respond, smacking his Belly like a Drum with his tail, before leaping in to Body Slam the Plusle. The Plusle dodged the attack with a dash, before barraging the tadpole with Swift. The Poliwag grunted in pain, clearly on the verge of passing out. But rather than give up, the Poliwag instead Body Slammed the Plusle again, this time hitting her, and knocking her out.
It was at this point that a Slakoth fell from the sky, and onto the ground. The Poliwag ran up to the lazy creature, and attempted to strike her with a Wake-Up Slap. The Poliwag, in his nearly unconscious state, just barely missed the slothful creature. But rather than retaliate, the Slakoth instead clapped, as if asking for an Encore. The Poliwag did just that, giving a harsh Wake-Up Slap to the head of the Slakoth, this time knocking it out in one clean hit.
