Having found a minecart somewhere in the Faraday ruins, Yumi had made the idiotic mistake of using it for a ride, the minecart had been going downhill for what felt like miles now, and any uphill bumps were brief moments of slowing down before she continued down into the abyss. She must have been in fucking Liggs by now...shit...! She only just thought to try and summon Ko-ken to help them stop, but an even more idiotic move came when she called him outside the minecart, watching herself fly right by him. Luckily she came to a slow halt much further down the rail line, but she had absolutely no idea where she was, or how deep in the mountain, just feeling a need to hurl as Ko-ken caught up.

Yumi was catching her breath when one of her worst fears appeared before her, the Solrock dropping down right infront of her face and forcing her to jolt and squirm out of the minecart to get away, not even looking to her pokeballs as she threw out a random choice, the Lopuny coming out and delivering a sharp dizzy punch between the eyes of the Solrock, pushing it back until Ko-ken leapt into the scene, leaping over the head of the red haired trainer and delivering a sharp kick to the core of the Solrock, sending it deeper into the caves till it dissapeared.

Why were the mines so eager to scare her today!? Why was she so easily scared even!? Fucking Solrock. Fucking Minecart. Fucking Shuppet jumping out at her from nowhere! Ugh she used to be this great Lugia battling badass why did a year off steal her of her courage like this? All the same she didn't have time to waste if she was going to find her way out of the tunnels she'd gotten lost in, rushing up towards the surface following the minecart's path, trying to make sure she didn't waste time she didn't have to, with Ko-ken's fire punch doing away with the shuppet without killing their momentum.

Rushing towards the exit of the cave, Yumi came to a screeching halt not even close to the exit as a Pangoro burst into her path, the mighty panda don roaring loudly as it pounded its fists into its chest, having seen the fighting type that invaded it's territory and not too eager to let it go. Yumi wasn't exceptionally eager to face it either, but Ko-ken could handle this with ease. Why would a dark type be stupid enough to face a fighting type afterall. Taking a strong pose, the blue Sawk waited for the Pangoro to rush it, taking a calming breath and, with immense ease, countering the Pangoro's initial body slam with a doubly returned blow to it's softened gut once it's muscles relaxed, the Pangoro nearly spitting out it's fangs as it doubled over, whimpering as it held it's gut, ahsamed in itself as it was done in by just a single blow.
"...Remind me not to let you near pissy dark types."

Closing in on the exit of the mines, Mia was confronted by a Vigoroth riding a Graveler...a rather odd looking Graveler at that. Still, she didn't really have the time to waste here and looked for another way out, not wanting to get burried in the mines by a rock slide just because she pissed off with a rock type...wait was that...!?
(Claiming Z charm)
Practically diving for the Z charm she recognized from those Alolans she battled a year ago, Yumi let out a delighted sound as she pulled it on to her wrist. She may have still been nervous about Mega evolution but she'd been eager to try this for a long, LONG time!~ Tossing the fighting Z crystal into it, Yumi moved her arm over her chest as the stream of energy connected her and her Sawk, the Sawk throwing out punches into the air before rushing towards the Vigoroth and Graveler, pounding them with a rapid fire series of kicks and fists that finally sent them flying back and away with a final connecting blow, rocketing them out of the cave.
"Ah...wow er...maybe next time we dial it back...gotta go find those now so we can catch 'em..."
