Wild Child
A city on a giant train - Jordyn was still having a hard time wrapping her mind around the concept. She definitely wasn't in Johto anymore. Alterna Town had been good to her, but the moment she heard about Sinclair City coming into town, she wasted no time I'm hopping aboard the moving city with her two new additions.
The little Litleo had healed well and she was definitely proving herself to be a little firecracker. The cute cub was absolutely adorable and Jordyn was having a hard time resisting its adorable charm. While she already had a fire type, she could see Litleo being a perfect addition to her team. But she still had a long way to go. While the cub wasn't aggressive towards Jordyn, she still needed to be taught some obedience. She was used to being alone and at times seemed to ignore Jordyn completely, She would be sure to instill some respect into the cub on this day. But none the less the Litleo seemed to fit in well with the team, she seemed to absolutely adore Ares. Maybe it was a fire-type thing, but the cub stuck to Ares like glue. She was always trying to play and train with him, but not everyone liked that.
Pandora absolutely despised Litleo. The two was always at one another's throat and it was clear that their rivalry wasn't going to fade at any time soon. It was always up to Ares and Jordyn to keep the two from becoming physical. Neither one of them knew what to do about the situation. Ares had always known he would be mated to Pandora once she evolved onto her final stage and would be physical capable of mating. They had sealed their fate to one another when Ares was still a Growlithe - he had always been fond of the idea of having pups with the pretty Eevee and being sealed to her for the rest of his life.
But there was something about Litleo. She was a brave little thing and had an air of independence that Pandora lacked. Plus she was a fire-type as well, there was so many things that he could relate with Litleo versus with Pandora. From what Ares had learned, Litleo had been on her own for a month now. She had been kicked out of her pride upon reaching maturity and had been surviving in the wild quite well - that was until she had got the bright idea to try to steal a Dodrio's eggs. A lesson she had to learn the hard way. But none the less, that was what Ares liked about her. She was definitely a fighter and she could hold her own - if only Pandora could learn to be a little more independent. For now he would do his hardest to keep the two from getting physical with one another.
Hera, the Hippopotas was a bit more aggressive towards Jordyn. For the most part Jordyn kept her sealed in her pokeball, but eventually Hera would grow to like it. Eventually.
After settling into her room, Jordyn decided to take a little training adventure with her pokemon. She was still trying to comprehend how smooth of a ride the mobile city was as she walked the meadow, hoping for some pokemon that weren't too hard to battle and get a sense of how well of a battler Litleo was, and also something easy for Pandora and Blu to challenge. The time in the tunnel wasn't exactly the best experience and Jordyn was still learning on how to take it slow in her journey. She couldn't rush her pokemon to be strong - it was a mountain they all had to climb together.
"Keep your eyes peeled everyone, we're gonna do a little training today." Jordyn instructed her pokemon as she walked into the meadow. Ares walked at her side with Pandora laying on top of his head while Litleo kept close to his paws. She smiled to herself - Ares as such a ladies man.

Wild Child
The meadow seemed like the best place to train her 'weaker' pokemon. It was mainly filled with bug type, the weakest of all typing if you'd ask Jordyn. With the exception of a slight few she wouldn't mind owning just because of a cuteness factor, Jordyn didn't want a bug type pokemon. She couldn't see herself ever needing to use one when it comes to battles.
It didn't take long for a bug type to cross their path. A ledyba - the perfect victim. Jordyn took a second to consider which pokemon to use. Reaching into her bag, she pulled out Blue's pokeball. With a tap of the button, the pokeball expanded in the palm of her hand. "Blue, come on out! She tossed the pokeball in the air, activating the release function. Blue emerged in a flash of light, chirping happily as she stretched her white cotton wings. "Blue, see that Ledyba."Jordyn pointed her finger to the unsuspecting bug type who was casually sucking sap from the fresh spring flowers. "I want you to battle it. Give it all you got girl, Peck!" At Jordyn's instructions, Blue chirped excitedly and rushed off towards the Ledyba. The Ledyba was caught off guard as a sharp beak pecked it hard, causing it to cry out in pain as it looked towards its attacker. Its eyes widened in fear - a bird type! But Ledyba was so much bigger than it was, the bug type was actually stunned that this Swablu chose to make prey out of her. The Ledyba opened her mouth, letting out a loud wail as red sound waves burst from its throat. Blue squawked in surprise from the bug buzz as she retreated backwards to a safe distance. Blue narrowed her eyes before opening her mouth, letting out a beautiful song that started to lull the Ledyba to sleep. Ledyba tried to shake it off, using another bug buzz to try to break the spell. But Blue ignored the tiny pain of the bug-type move, her having the type advantage. Ledyba dropped to the ground, fast asleep. Jordyn grinned at Blue's choice of attack. Maybe she did learn something from their criminal days. "Blue, Dragon Pulse." Jordyn commanded. A massive ball of distorted energy started to form inside Blue's break before she fired out a dragon-shaped beam from her throat. The attack slammed against the knocked out Ledyba, knocking it unconscious. OCC: Swablu VS Ledyba word count: 402 words 2 evo points for Blue

Wild Child
Jordyn's chest swelled in pride as she gave a toothy grin to Blue. "Well done Blue." She clapped her hands together. Blue cooed, flapping her fluffy wings over as she flew into Jordyn's arms. Jordyn happily welcomed her, stroking her soft feathers. She never really used Blue for battle, but it felt good to know that she could do well perfectly fine. Blue did evolve into a powerful dragon type, there was no reason she shouldn't be pushing her to her full potential. She could see not now, Blue, a Mega Altaria. Maybe she should start looking for an Altarianite now.
As Jordyn continued to coddle the Swablu, they continued to walk along the meadow. It didn't take long for them to come across a Volbeat that was chasing the sweet scent of an Illumise. Jordyn had to admit the little firefly pokemon was kinda cute, but she was looking for opponents not pokemon. While she was proud of Blue's battle, she wanted to give her other pokemon a chance to shine in battle. Surely this pokemon would be easy enough for Pandora. She didn't want to risk putting her up against something that could easily over power the over-pampered Eevee. She would have to break her out of that - she needed to be a useful part of the team. "Pandora." Jordyn looked back at the Eevee that was still sitting comfortable on Ares. "You're up." She motioned her head in the direction of the Volbeat.
Pandora stood up on Ares back, stretching her legs and arching her back as she yawned lazily. She leaped down from his back, landing gracefully on the opposite side from Litleo. The fire cub pokemon looked at her, her lips pulled up in a snarl. Pandora glared back at her, flicking her tail up. She didn't have time for that delusional Litleo. She would never have Ares - he was hers and always will be. No one would get in between that and she was going to make sure that it never happened.
The Volbeat had noticed her bouncing in the grass and turned in her direction. Sensing the oncoming threat, Volbeat reacted. Volbeat's turned his tail towards her as it suddenly grew brightly. The light intensified every second until Pandora was forced to shut her eyes in fear of burning her retinas out. She skidded to a halt, hissing in pain as she turned away from the light. "Pandora!" It wasn't until Jordyn called her name that her eyes shot open, happy that the light was no longer blinded. Light spots danced in her eyes as she focused back upon the Volbeat."Bite!" Her ears twitched as the command reached her ears. She continued to run towards Volbeat, closing the distance between them before she shot in the air. Her jaws parted, Pandora closed them upon feeling her teeth collide against Volbeat's leg. She clamped down hard, almost enjoying the sound of the Volbeat's screech of pain. If only it was Litleo.
Volbeat shook Pandora off, feeling the intense feeling of danger radiating off of her fur. What was wrong with this Eevee? The Eevees he always ran into in the meadow were so night, but this one felt like it had a darkness radiating inside of her. Volbeat almost wished he took those training lessons with his father more serious. Volbeat's body started to glow red as he started letting a weird hum. Small bugs started to break from the ground below Pandora's feet.
Pandora gasped in fear as the insects started to scurry up her legs, digging into her fur and biting her painfully. Pandora yipped, biting and scratching to get them off of her."Ignore it for now Pandora! If you defeat it, they'll go away! You're just infested, right now!" Jordyn's voice was soothing as she focused her eyes back onto the Volbeat, trying to ignore the squirming in her belly as she felt the insects burrow into fluffy fur. She hoped Jordyn was right about this, but she knew she had every reason to trust her trainer. "Shadow Ball!"
Pandora opened her mouth, letting a purple mass gather in her jaws. She took a deep breath, lifting onto her back paws and slamming her front ones back down to the ground as she released her shadow ball. The attack collided against the Volbeat directly, sending it plummeting to the ground. The moment the Volbeat hit the ground, the insects that had infested Pandora seemed to die immediately and cascaded from her fur.
Pandora felt a rush in her body, her eyes gleaming with pleasure at her first defeat. She liked the taste of victory.

Pandora's adrenaline was rushing as she scanned the grass for something else to attack. It felt so good to take out her aggression on that Volbeat. She was sure she didn't kill it, so it should be fine...right? Her mind didn't ponder the question much longer as she rushed towards the slight movement in the grass.
"Pandora!" Jordyn's words didn't seem to reach Pandora as Jordyn's eyes rounded at the sight of her running towards a Togepi. She recognized the baby pokemon tumbling along, carrying something in his hands, unaware of the Eevee trekking across the grass towards him. Jordyn broke out in full blown run to intercept Pandora. "Pandora!" She called out, but the Eevee was locked onto her target, a weird look in her eyes. "Blue, stop her!" The Swablu quickly obeyed, lifting off from Jordyn's shoulder and taking flight towards Pandora. Blue was much faster than Jordyn and was able to intercept Pandora's bloodlust, cutting her off in her path and spreading her wings to halt her. Pandora seemed to snap into attention at the sight of her teammate, skidding to a halt as she looked confused at the bird pokemon that blocked her path.
"Pandora, what's gotten into you?" Jordyn hissed as she closed the distance between her and her two pokemon, Ares and Litleo came slowly from behind. Pandora's eyes widened before she looked down, unsure of what had gotten into her. Jordyn furrowed her brows before she let out a long sigh, turning to look towards the Togepi. The egg pokemon was looking back at them, confused about all the ruckus but obviously oblivious to what was about to happen to him. Jordyn smiled at the baby pokemon, crouching down and extending a friendly hand out toward it. While she wasn't keen on taking care of a baby pokemon just yet, he was just so adorable. He would fetch a great price on the market "Hi little guy." She cooed at the baby pokemon, trying to beckon it forward. The Togepi giggled, running towards Jordyn and dropping a shiny pink egg in her outreached palm. "What's this?" She furrowed her brows, looking at the egg in confusion before looking back towards the Togepi.
The baby pokemon giggled before darting off. Jordyn shrugged her shoulders and tossed the egg into her bag - she figured it was something valuable. Togepi were a sign of good look. She looked at Pandora, glad that she didn't harm the Togepi. Who knows what would have happen should she have struck the Togepi. "You must have liked battling, huh?" Jordyn smiled down at Pandora as she moved closer to the Eevee who still hung her head in shame. She picked the little furball up in her arms, snuggling her. "You did great, Pandora. Just always remember to listen to my orders before you attack. The most important part of battling is that a trainer and their pokemon must stay in sync." She instructed gently, causing the Pandora to nod her head and smile warmly up at her trainer, wagging her tail. [Sorry, it won't happen again.] She grinned toothily, nuzzling Jordyn's warm cheek.
Jordyn let Blue settle back onto her shoulder before she continued to walk, holding Pandora in her arms. Even though Jordyn knew Pandora loved behind held in her arms, she couldn't help but notice how tense Pandora was. The Eevee kept looking over her shoulder, worried about the closeness of Litleo and Ares. Jordyn picked up on it immediately. Luckily she noticed a sleeping Kricketot in the trees close by that would be easy for Litleo to battle - and something that would get her away from Ares so Pandora would be a little more at ease.
"Litleo, see that Kricketot?" She glanced back at the fire cub who perked her ears in interest. "You think you can take that out? Or maybe that's too strong for you..."
[Too strong for who!?] Litleo's chest huffed up. She couldn't be serious right? She would destroy that little bug. [Hah! Just watch!] Litleo charged for the tree, stopping up under it.
[Hey! Wake up!] She slammed her paws against the tree, trying to shake it away. She wasn't the type to attack and unsuspecting opponent. She needed no advantage. The Kricketot was startled awake, fluttering in the air as it looked down at the little cub who disturbed its sleep. The Kricketot growled. She would not be intimidated.
Litleo grinned at the little warning growl Kricketot tried to give off. Ha! Was she suppose to be truly scared? Litleo leaped into the air, slamming her body against the Kricketot as she took it down to the ground. Kricketot gasped as her body slammed against the ground. For a moment she was in a daze, she shook it off before she opened her mouth and released several green blasts from her mouth. Litleo was startled by the move, letting out a cry of pain as the blasted slammed against her body.
Litleo growled, furious as she snarled at the Kricketot. Litleo's body glowed red before her body suddenly became enshrouded in flames. She roared, releasing a powerful stream of fire from her body that burned the Kricketot to a crisp. The charred body of the bug fell to the ground, leaving a wide grin across Jordyn's face.
Such power.

Wild Child
That was amazing. Jordyn did not expect the tiny little cub to perform such a powerful move. She was happy she had saved the Litleo and knew from that moment she would never regret that decision. She had earned a right to a name, surely. "That was amazing, Kiara." The fire cub turned her head towards Jordyn, tilting it in confusion at the foreign name that slipped off her tongue. Jordyn was amused by her confusion. "Kiara, that's your new name." Jordyn explained. The name solidified her as being a part of the family.
[That's a weird name.] Kiara scrunched her face up, flicking her tail in dismissal. The name was an odd one, but a part of her felt warm and fuzzy to know that she now had a name. She turned her attention to Ares, bouncing towards him happy. [Did you see me destroy that bug? That was easy! These pokemon out here are nothing compared to my home!] She gloated, puffing out her chest in pride as she looked up to the Arcanine with a sparkle in her eyes. Ares looked down at her with a slight smirk on her face. So that's why she went all out on it? He had to admit though - she was really strong to be so little. [You did well.] He praised, nodding his head.
This pissed Pandora off. Why did Ares even pay her any attention? Pandora wiggled out of Jordyn's arm, bouncing towards the two fire types. She let out a low growl as she approached, her fur spiking. Kiara returned the growl, baring her fangs as Pandora picked up the pace. But Ares quickly placed his much larger body in-between the two, lowering himself so he was face to face with Pandora. [None of that.]He murmured, pressing his large nose against her face to calm her. He didn't know how he was getting himself in this situation? He couldn't just ignore Kiara, they were a team! He was sure at one point in time Jordyn would use them together in a double battle. And he actually liked Kiara, she was a fun fire cat to be around. Yet, Pandora was crazy jealous. He had never seen this side of her, but then again the only other female in the team had always been Blue, and they weren't even remotely capable of breeding.
[Don't entertain her.] Pandora growled lowly, brushing past his nose and climbing onto his back. She glared down at Kiara as she did, the fire cat still growling threateningly. Pandora ignore her; at least she would always be the only female to mate with him, Jordyn would make sure of that - right?
Truth was Jordyn just wanted for them to figure it out amongst themselves. She sighed at the little scuffle between her two pokemon. How would she ever get them to work out their differences? She did see Kiara's interest in Ares, but truth was she thought he'd make a great father to both of their cubs. It would all be so simple if they operated in a pride dynamic and not with a pack mentality. But she could not change the way they choose to handle said things. Especially when she didn't even know what they were saying.
"Kiara." Jordyn called the fire cub. Kiara ignored her. "Kiara!" Jordyn raised her voice, clenching her fists in frustration, but she had to remind herself surely it would take some use getting used to the name. The Litleo swung her head in Jordyn's direction. "Come, you're not done. I want to see if you can do that again." She pointed towards a male Combee who was buzzing around looking for honey to collect for his queen.
Kiara threw one last glare at Pandora as she turned in the direction of the Combee. At least she had something to take her frustration out on now. Kiara darted off to the Combee. The Combee quickly took notice of Kiara's approach and started to flap its wings furiously, creating a gust of wind that stopped Kiara in her tracks. She dug her claws into the ground, fighting against the gust of wind that threatened to kinock her off her feet while also attempting to ignore the painful slicing of the window.
When the gust of wind stopped, Kiara growled plunging herself into Combee head first, delivering a powerful headbutt that almost knocked the Combee out of the sky. Kiara was taken by surprise when she felt the tiny teeth of the Combee piercing her flesh. Kiara cried out, leaping off of the Combee and letting it once again take to the sky. She looked at her bleeding paw, licking the blood that oozed from her wound. She growled, becoming angry that this bug actually harmed her. He actually drew blood. She shouldn't have underestimated him.
But Kiara still planned on destroying him for that. Kiara leaped into the air, her fangs becoming encased in a dark aura before she clamped her jaws down on the Combee. A sweet taste filled her mouth as she pierced the flesh of the combee. The Combee let out a loud wail of pain before fainting in her jaws. Kiara landed to the ground, still clasping the fainted Combee in her jaws.
