What on earth was this Persian thinking? Would there really be berries in the ruins? Roxanne read up on how to make Pokeblocks and had a good enough grasp on it to get the basics. She knew she needed a lot of them and Nyakun assured her that she knew where a whole bunch of them were. Not having a sharp Pokemon nose, she had to follow the cat's word. Although she had serious doubts about that, looking onward at the overgrown ruins. She knew there are plenty of treasures here. And Pokemon, if the noise she is hearing is to be believed.

A Stantler appeared and stared at her. Nyakun was busy with a pair of golden berries so Roxanne sent out Harper. Harper looked at the deer and made a quizzical "Huh?" noise at the deer. The deer was just as confused. To break the confusion, Roxanne ordered Harper to Dark pulse the deer. The deer was knocked off her feet by the pulse of dark energy and while it was down Roxanne ordered a Psyshock.
The deer made a yelping noise and stumbled back to her feet. To Roxanne's confusion she immediately jumped way more up. She realized what it was doing and shouted for Harper to get out of the way. Harper, scared at her owner's terrified tone rolled out of the way as the deer crash landed. Roxanne tossed a Pokeball at the deer and noted a strange blue rock that was unearthed by the Stantler's attack and she stuck it in her pocket.
Battle Summary
Harper(Gothita) used Dark Pulse then Psyshock. Stantle used Jump Kick and KOed self by missing.

Roxanne stared at the pair of birds that have appeared. One had an orange egg, the other had a weird coloured rock with it. She couldn't see what colour it was but it was very round and she sighed as she sent out a pair of mollusks. They squiggled in unison, the blue one waving more than the pink one. She ordered Shella to Body Slam the Hoot Hoot and for Toise to Mud-Bomb the Torchic. The two did as they were ordered, the pink shellfish slamming the owl into a tree. The gem went flying and Roxanne, to her surprise, caught it. Looking at the gem, it was kind of purple and brown and kind of murky.
She put it in her pocket for later and watched as the fiery chick was covered in mud, refocusing on the battle. The Hoot-Hoot was flustered and launched over to peck the shellfish. With an indignant squawk, Shella whipped her entire body into the owl and sent it flying. Blinking in a surprise, Roxanne shook herself mentally and focused on the Torchic remaining. It was dashing quickly, attacking Toise as much as he could. The mollusk was not impressed and looked to Roxx for guidance, nowhere near as adept a fighter as their pink coloured partner. Luckily, the Torchic was clearly weakened. The orange egg had since rolled over to the pink shellfish who was investigating if it was food. Roxanne urged Shella to bring her the egg as she commanded Toise to Body Slam the Torchic before it had a chance to attack again.
It worked, the chick sent into the same tree from before, this time knocking a handful of berries onto his head. None were useful to his plight, as he picked himself up and tried to charge Toise again. He tried to slash Toise but Toise was far faster than a severely weakened fiery chicken. With that in mind, Roxanne urged the blue Shellos back as she tossed a Pokeball at the pretty much defeated Torchic. Egg now next to her foot, she had a good feeling about this. Clearly, it was a determined little bird and that would be perfect for her team and possibly future coordinations she might have.
Battle summary

Shella(west Shellos) used Body Slam. Hoothoot used peck. Shella used Body slam and knocked Hoothoot away.
Torchic-
Toise(east Shellos) used Mud Bomb. Torchic used Quick Attack. Toise used Body Slam. Torchic used Slash(missed).

Roxanne looked at the Pokemon that flew by and dropped a Minty egg before flying away. The egg was kind of a minty color and was not a Pokemon egg of any kind she knew of. It looked almost like. A fake kind of egg. But that was not the worry for her. It was the swaddled leaf covered Pokemon that was glaring at her. Toise was worn out, as was Shella. She didn't have any other Pokemon that were able to defeat such a Pokemon besides the Torchic she just caught. Gulping nervously, she sent him out. He looked at her, an angry glare on his face.
She pointed out the Swadloon that just sent out a sticky web towards him. Without any further prompting, Torchic screamed and shot a flaming burst of fire at the Swadloon, catching the entire thing on fire. It ran off, screaming. The Torchic turned and looked at Roxanne, an almost smug look on his face. Roxanne bent down, and picked up an odd rock and put it in her bag. It was sort of brown and shaped like a candy. Again, not the focus. She was focused on trying to convince the Torchic to calm down and work with her instead of against her. She didn't even notice the Togekiss make a return and drop a bunch of berries in her bag, her efforts to calm and relate to the Torchic the only focus.

Roxanne looked at the buneary that had appeared. FireBall seemed willing to fight more and so Roxanne allowed him to go forth. He was obeying her commands and she didn't want to do anything to discourage that. She ordered a Quick attack to be followed by a slash. The bunny went tumbling backwards and screamed in Frustration as they bounded into Fireball.
Fireball shook his head and let out a burst of flames at the Buneary. With a pathetic whimper, the bunny fell over. A mossy rock fell from a nearby tree and rolled over towards Roxanne's foot. Sighing, Roxanne tossed a Pokeball at the rabbit as she picked up the Mossy Rock. She is sure she will find somebody who wants the rabbit.
