At the sign of some Pokemon for the two of them to battle, Mia thought briefly for who to train when an idea came to mind, releasing her Slakoth and gesturing to the Nidoran. "Hey Niso, you can heal from poison right?" "Yeah? I think so-" "Goodie.~ I'm gonna train this lazy boy so why don't you do me a favor and keep that Nidoran busy?~"

"..." Niso grumbled before rushing over to briefly chase the Nidoran away, only for the Nidoran to turn around and  start chasing him instead. Mia, smirking, focused on the confused Grubbin that remained, her Slakoth getting up on it's hind legs and briefly dozing up even as it stood, Mia giving it a light tap with her food to the back of it's ankle to wake it up. "Come on, focus or-" The Grubbin, realizing a fight was coming, rushed in and shot a spark through the Slakoth, easily waking it up. "...That."

The Slakoth teetered back on one foot before whirling forward with a chip away slap to the bug type, slapping it away with some surprising efficiency before Niso ran back with the Nidoran chasing him, jumping over the Slakoth and letting it recieve the full force of the incoming horn drill, Slakoth's eyes barely closing before being shocked awake as the pain kicked in, growling and slapping the Nidoran back with another chip away, and another, taking it's attacks every other moment, but quickly woken by the pain they induced. It was a bit of a slug fest, and not about to go to the pokemon center with Niso, she tried to catch the Nidoran before it did her Slakoth in.

With her slakoth evolved and some fresh meat to beat (not a great choice of words with Niso as her companion for the day) Mia was eager to get to work as the Zangoose and Seviper closed in on her, cracking her knuckles against her metallic palm and releasing her torchic as backup for the Vigoroth, the two Pokemon eager for a showdown even as a slakoth and spoink seemed to drop into the fray in their own manner, Mia's eyes flicking to the sky only briefly before she returned her focus to the fight.

"Vigoroth focus on the Zangoose and chip away at 'em! Torchic focus on the seviper! Take the Slakoth be-" Okay apparently the Vigoroth hated its randomly appearing cousin and decided to take it out on the way. "Er...Torchic! Spoink's yours I guess?"

The two pokemon pushed forward with their orders, the Torchic leaping over the head of the Seviper and shooting down an ember to burn away at them while the Vigoroth took it's similarly white furred Zangoose opponents, cutting back at their slash attacks with it's own fierce chip away strikes, pounding through them without a hint of exhaustion it's old form used to have, roaring powerfully in their faces and pushing through their numbers with surprising ease. The Seviper were having a hard time locking onto the Torchic too, it's tiny form letting it leap and jump through them, making them tie up against one another and dodging an attack of the spoink that hit them with a super effective psychic blast, the Torchic smirking and landing atop the pearl on it's head, pecking and scratching away at it until he was down too.

"You know Mia you can be rather brutal to random pokemon..."

"Yeah cause you're one to talk." Mia shot the dark child beside her a glare as she caught the freshly filled pokeballs, cleaning them against her chest before pocketing them and moving on, Niso having no further argument and accepting the point as they continued to move, Vigoroth eager for another fight and showing it in his eyes as he locked onto the Linoone in their way, his claws ready to strike and, before Mia even gave an order, the Vigoroth rushed forward  and began to chip away, taking advantage of the scared Linoone attempting a belly drum and finishing it off rather sharply with a victorious screech as the torchic locked onto the Rattata nearby, looking to Mia for approval before she shrugged and let it have it's go.

"Torc!~" The tiny fire bird rushed after the scurrying Rat pokemon, cutting it off with swift movements and running about it, pecking at the ground in it's face in an attempt to intimidate it before cutting through it with a strike of it's claws, knocking the Rattata back to ultimately be taken out by a slakoth landing sharply upon it's head, Mia's eyes looking up once again.

"Geeze they're gettin common..."
