Niso was definitely enjoying himself, his legs still stung like fuck as the feeling returned to them fully, but damn if this adrenaline rush wasn't one hell of a kick! He hadn't been able to go at it like this for a while, and, weirdly, both in knowing these were all criminals, and Orion was looking over his shoulder, made him feel a lot better. In hostage situations he was scared to even hurt anyone incase it upset Sera...but she'd be fine with this! Yeah! He could do whatever he wanted to these idiots so long as they didn't die!
『Gotcha!』
Dropping down to his hands in an almost feral position, Niso let the blades fly overhead, grinning like a wild Mightyena stalking it's prey before rushing up to another guard, grasping his pokeball from inside his jacket, chucking it at the head of the guard, bouncing it off their forehead before the pokemon was released, the blue ditto sprouting from the sphere and clinging to the guard's face on instinct, suffocating them as they clung and pulled at the gel like form, on the verge of passing out when Niso rushed past, grasping Ditto and yanking him off.
『Knife!』
The Ditto rapidly transformed into the form of Niso's Keystone knife, of course not holding the property of an actual keystone but effective enough as a blade, Niso tossing it with less skill than Orion, but just enough accuracy to hit a close guard in the shoulder, rushing in while they reeled from the pain, yanking the ditto knife out and shouting 『Baseball bat!』 The ditto shifted again in his hand, filling both now as he reeled up and thwacked the guard across the side of the head with his freshly formed ditto-bat, the ditto certainly feeling a little dizzy, but Niso more than enjoying himself at this point.

There we go~ Orion grinned a little toothily as this time the blades met their mark, piercing limbs and tight points of joints. One poor guy moved at the last second and ended up getting his face cut, but as far as Orion was concerned, that was his fault. And all of these assholes deserved it for trying to throw him down.
Another man came running forward, a knife still in his arm but the entire thing somehow moving. A club was raised, and Orion ducked sideways with a small smirk. “Here, lemme take that from you—“ A hand seized the man’s arm. The other grabbed the hilt of the knife and yanked it straight out. The man yelped in turn and crumpled to the ground grabbing said arm. Orion gave a swift kick to the stomach in turn.
And hell— from the corner of his eye, he could see what Niso was doing now. Look how well trained that Ditto was~ How damn useful~ He had his own but not with him right then. They were useful for surprises but not for what was supposed to be an interrogation of sorts, heh. Well, plans change, and he was sure Marcie wouldn’t mind~ Hopefully, fuck, heh. As Niso called out, Orion snickered. “We need to go to Era sometime!” he jeered back. “All the fighting’s gotta be our style!” Was he … maybe a little too enthusiastic? Perhaps feeding off Niso’s joy for the moment as well as his own catharsis? Perhaps. Or perhaps it was that his pounding head had finally decided to say fuck it and reverse the pain. Who knew. Orion certainly didn’t.
Suddenly Cena’s voice echoed in his ears, and as Orion shifted, he found some asshole bashing her across the face. Tch.

Niso was definitely enjoying himself, and Orion's pseudo encouragement was enhancing things immensely. He used to do shit like this with Dorian but...damn, he'd gone so long without a full release like this that it was truly sending a rush through his system unlike anything he'd felt in a long time. If Sera was okay with stuff like this, he may have found a new hobby! Criminals were better cause he could let loose on them, and unlike interpol, they didn't go easy on him! Well...par that crazy Laska bitch, but who the fuck brings a sword on active duty!?
『Era huh? That's were the boyfriends from-RIGHT!?』 His last word was punctuated by Ditto changing his cosistancy to that of a metal bat as he thwacked across another head, Niso muttering 『Umbrella』 Which the Ditto swiftly turned into to a Guard's confusion. 『Sounds like a plan!~ Sorting out a civil war should gimme big karma points! En Guarde!』
With the Guards starting to ease off him numbers wise out of the sheer audacity of his approach, he began to toy with them, practically fencing with his umbrella against the Guard's Baton, striking him with the sharp tip of the rain protector across the face, only for a guard to sneak up on him and strike him across the back of the head, hard enough that the Baton showed it had drawn blood. Niso was staggered and his mental processes shut down from shock for just a moment, but he managed to roll before he hit the ground. 『Sword!』The Ditto transformed into the only sword it had seen in person, a replica of the Laska girl's, striking the baton out of the Guard's hand before being held to his throat, Niso grinning wide despite a surprising lack of temptation to cross his limits and with a sharp turn and rise back to his feet, Niso delivered another metal bat across a guard's head.

Orion may have gotten a little distracted with the human after Cena. Running forward, he leapt and kicked the guy right off her, landing on top of him, and punching him in the face several times before easing up. Cena looked more than a little surprised before bursting into a bright smile in thanks. Ok, that was pretty awesome. Just as someone was about to seize Orion’s shoulder, his Incinceroar partner seized the man and sent him flying instead. Hah! A laugh broke from Orion at that.
Man, but Niso had said something earlier hadn’t he? Orion actually hadn’t caught it aside from maybe something more about Era, heh. And— Orion froze momentarily on seeing the sword in Niso’s hand, right before it went on to be a bat. Shit now that was something he couldn’t quite forget. Where the heck had that Ditto gotten ahold of an Eran long-sword like that?
Welp- no time to think about that. Orion was ducking back as a baton came forward. Riaisng a leg, he kicked the man back instead before hopping back to his feet. “Looks like you’ve already been to Era, hah. Where’d ya learn to copy that sword kiddo?” he called loudly punching the guy a couple more times in rapid succession.

Niso was a little surprised by the question, and asking his ditto to transform again for just a moment, ducking under a swipe from a guard in the process, Niso tried to get some distance as he looked over the blade...huh. He hadn't used ditto like this for a while...『He just turns into the last thing he's seen of...well, what i say. Used to turn into a katana, but I guess this is the last sword he saw...OH!』 With a grin he swiped back against the baton of a guard and spun round to kick them hard in the chest after the staggering deflection. 『Actually this is Dasha's! Some relative of Nik's or something!』
He glanced briefly to the guards around them before adding. 『I brought a Beheeyem, don't worry...』
Shifting back to the favored bat, given it didn't have such a high risk of murder, Niso thwacked the current guard in the knee, and again in the opposite directon across the head.

The last thing he saw huh? Wait— Dasha’s— Fuck the Police Dasha? Ah man, Orion wanted to ask about that one. How had she and Niso come across one another? How had that turned out? Did Nik know—
Did one of these assholes just grab his hair? Orion snarled, seizing the man by the wrist and throwing all his weight and power up and over him, effectively throwing him right onto the other guy. Cena stepped down hard on both of them for good measure. Uhmph. Orion reached back and ruffled his locks and adjusted his ponytail. “Good, good,” he answered back towards Niso before closing the distance with him. Jumping forward, he kicked a guy square in the ribs and landed on him hard. “Seems like we have just a few more~” he commented briefly.
Whipping around and kicking one of the other men, he smirked a bit. “Dasha is Nik’s twin, kiddo,” he commented dryly. “Hope you didn’t do anything too bad to her.”

『I kicked her out of a truck!』He declared a little too proudly, taking a blow to the gut while he was distracted, staggered enough to the point he was given a swift upward swing to the jaw. Ditto fought in his place, taking his true form and suffocating the guard. Niso just needed a few more secounds, and to make sure he ran out of air faster, used his aura channeling to enhance the sensation of fear the guard was experiencing and forcing him to take quicker breaths, chuckling as the guard dropped lower and lower till he passed out, Niso letting the ditto flow back into his hand, where it seemed to naturally turn into a yo-yo for Niso to toy with.
『She caught me actually stealing the voltorb I just used! Can't believe they're twins though!』 He swirled the yo-yo around his head and delivered a surprisingly hefty blow across the head of a guard that tried to swing for him, chuckling at how fun this was and just generally enjoying his madness for the first time in a fair while. 『Gotta say, clear who got the good looks out of the two, and I don't usually notice that stuff!』

Oh fuck— Well, could be worse, honestly, but still oh fuck? Was he feeling bad or legitimately laughing? Orion didn’t know right then. Dodging a swing from what seemed to be the last of the guards, Orion swung a leg around and kicked him over to the side. Uhmph, as the man crumpled to the ground Orion realized there was… only one left standing now? Smirking a bit, Orion stood upwards and made himself bigger than he had been. The man dropped his baton, turned, and ran. Hah…. Hahah… Yellow eyes flickered back to Niso. “Now now don’t be mean,” he sneered a little. “Just cause her face matches her attitude doesn’t mean you have to call her out on it.” Was he leaning into Dasha too much? Fuck??? Yeah???
Stretching slowly, Orion yawned. “You wanna go see what’s inside this place?” he asked with a dry grin. “Can’t imagine they’ll stay too long with this little troop messed up this bad.” His voice had that airy sing-song nature to it that he couldn’t even help now, heh.

Obstacle 2: Electric Fence Once the guards are taken care of, it looks like the area is clear and the place left unguarded. What the two don't see initially is a living electric fence created by Magnemite and Magneton. Once touched, each individual releases a Discharge that wards off the majority of would be thieves. Initially, this living wall is masked by a clever Zoroark but the occasional spark or zap can be heard. Careful, these electric pokemon could trap you if they get angry enough. Once past the fence, there are several guard dogs (Houndoom, Mightyena, Arcanine, Stoutland, Granbull, etc...) that don't take kindly to anyone intruding on their territory and are prone to biting or using any means to chase the intruders away... unless there are juicy doggo bones around. The Zoroark make handling the guard doggos a lot more difficult however, making them scarier than they really are or messing with Niso and Orions' heads. Such a powerful collection of electric pokemon could easily induce numbness in limbs, paralysis, or in more extreme cases, stop hearts. Don't forget that dog jaws are powerful or the fact that a Zoroark's illusion could trigger an anxiety attack among other things. Posts Required: 20 Posts |

Niso was almost sure there was one or two guards left, but as he started to realize how out of breath he was, he realized the unconscious bodies surrounding them was all that was left. Ditto shifted to his own form and slithered up to Niso's back, sticking there and peering over his shoulder, making sure with a second set of eyes that there was no one waiting in the shadows.
Niso was, just faintly...a little dissapointed it was over. With Orion's prompting however, he realized it was far from!~
『Yeah...yeah!』Recalling that they still had to clear out the black market den, he started a small jog towards the ruined front entrance. 『They've probably got some tough pokemon in there but I reinforced all the exits I know about with HEAVY duty ice beam! I bet even some Rhyperior will have trouble breaking through those doors now!』
Excited to see some more action as soon as possible, he rushed up to a now burned out wooden beam that was covering the front entrance. It could be slipped around with some difficulty, but still running on his high Niso wasn't thinking straight, and was trying his hardest to push the beam to one side with his pathetic muscles not making it move an inch.

Orion snorted softly at how excitable Niso seemed to be. He might as well have been a kid in a candy store, yeah? Not that Orion was any better with his adrenaline rolling like this, heh. “Good thinking ahead of time,” he mused simply at that. If they couldn’t get out, couldn’t run, couldn’t anything, this would make things so much easier. Reaching up to feel through his hair, Orion became aware of the dried blood on his scalp. Eh, fuck it. It would be fine. “Cena,” he called only to find her already at his heels. A small nod was given, and he started off towards Niso again.
Pfft, what was this child doing? Orion set a hand on his hip and tried very hard not to fucking snark at the sight of Niso struggling with the beam at the front entrance. “Easy there strong man,” he half-laughed grabbing the beam and pulling it with some ease out of the way. Just as he stepped in, however, Orion jolted back a little. “The fuck?” A hand reached forward and then jolted back again. The hell was this? An electric wall or something?

Niso was pushing from almost under the beam to the point his feet weren't even finding enough friction to keep themselves in place let alone help him move the beam. As Orion helped him out he'd shoot the much taller green giant a faint glare, even if he was happy to be getting deeper inside it didn't help avoid the reminder he wasn't exactly the strongest example of mankind at work here.

Niso followed him deeper inside when he suddenly jolted back, giving him a curious look and walking ahead of him, not noticing the sparks that had sent him back. 『...eh? What? Suddenly get chick-OW!』Fuck something had practically burned his hand with how sharp that jolt was...curiously he eased his hand back forward. Not even making full contact a spark managed to jump the gap and instinctively he pulled back...then less instinctively he threw both his hands forward and grit his teeth, holding out for just a full second of contact before staggering back, his hair starting to lift faintly, though not to the extreme. 『The HELL!? We're attacking goons not fucking evil scientists!? Where'd they get invisible forcefields from!?』

Pffff. “Yeah that,” Orion growled a little at the invisible wall of sorts. “Stuff like this’d be expensive as hell— ya think they were hiding something else down here?” Not that they could really even see considering this— whatever this was— was in the way. “I’d almost ask if it was Kecleon if not for the electricity…” Yellow eyes flickered backwards. “Cena, you wanna try a Flamethrower?”
The Incinceroar looked at him skeptically before looking back at the force field again. Throwing out her arms and thrusting fire from her belt, she sent it crashing into the invisible shield that seemed to… protect itself somehow? The fire spread out as if it had hit something but dissipated right after as if something had used Protect or …. Something… Hmph. Shifting his stance, Orion drew a couple fingers to his chin. Yellow eyes flickered around uncertainly. “You see anything projecting it? Like metal spikes or something sticking out…” Orion certainly didn’t, but his vision wasn’t the best anyways.

Grumbling at this momentum killer, Niso cracked his knuckles as he tried to consider how to take down this seemingly impossible thing, he had more pokemon on him but were any of them powerful enough to push through something like this? If he'd brought a ground type it might make sense, it did seem to be electrically based from the sensation her felt...
『...wait your Incineroar's named Cena?』
Having been somewhat distracted during the fight, Niso shot Orion a look now that he noticed the name. A meme? Seriously? Of course he was a famous wrestler in his own right but he was more known for the meme in Niso's little bubble of information. All the same, he pulled out his phone, got out a soundboard app, and ass the incineroar tried, he'd play the John Cena theme from his phone to great dissapointment as the attack didn't seem to pay off. Crap...
『Maybe...if we just pass through it quickly enough...』
Niso began backing up, wiggling his toes into place as he got ready for a run up, and before Orion could stop him he rushed forward, jumping up and tucking in his arms and legs like a cannonball to try and power through this weird ass barrier. Suffice to say, it didn't work. Practically shot in the opposing direction Niso was sent skimming across the ground, his sleeves and pants sizzling at the points of impact with scorch marks and even several holes burned into them along the arms specifically, Niso's hair fully standing on end this time as he just lay motionless.

At the question, Orion grinned a little too hard. Yes, yes her name was Cena, as in John Cena as in Little John Cena as in Little John as in Robin Hood as in Robin Hoot, his Decidueye. He even snickered as that music was played— but was fairly disappointed by the results. But they could— Niso? Niso what the fuck? Watching the boy’s body collide with the barrier only to be electrically shock back, Orion winced entirely too hard. That… that had to have hurt, Arceus. Walking over to him, Orion found himself scanning his injuries. Even if he was healing, ugh.
“The fuck kiddo? What were you thinking?” Well, apparently he was thinking that he could lunge through a barrier if he was fast and small enough, but everyone, which was basically just Orion, saw what happened with that. “You’re fucking lucky you’re immortal, Arceus.” Was he…. Was he actually worried for this kid? Apparently? When the heck did that happen?
