Physical

• Brown/gold eyes(usually bloodshot)-
  A heavy case of insomnia that he picked up from his years of admin work has lead his eyes to be constantly blood shot. He has not let go of his coffee addiction from the years and refuses, only making the bloodshot less likely to fade anytime soon. Even with the bloodshot pupils, his eyes are a beautiful caramel brown colour with sharp flecks of gold.
• Sharp pointed ears (elf like)-
  A familial trait passed down from his maternal line, his ears are sharply pointed. No efforts have been made to "correct" the deformity for it causes no troubles past the curious gawkings of strangers and passerby.
  
• Messy brown hair(green bangs)
  His hair is a mixed set of medium and dark hues of brown with a sharp contrast of green for his bangs. The green is natural, inherited from his father's side, a family tree that is full of strange hues of all kinds.  

Daily Garb

He places little importance on his appearance. His daily outfits can be described as leftover thrift shop clearance bin pick outs. For the most part, he wears ratty looking jeans of a dark brown hue and shirts with logos for bands and brands he has never heard of. His shoes are often caked in various muddy sources and garbage to the point the original colour of the shoes have been long lost. He prefers tennis shoes, the easiest to find in his scavenging.

Accent
LaCruex's is often mistaken for being French,  his normal speaking voice having a light Cajun accent. Which is basically what you get when you expose the French to gators and Americans for a few hundred years. (His words not mine)

Young Childhood

LaCruex was born on a distant island but did not stay for long, his family having a near nomadic lifestyle, constantly traveling for business related reasons. His family was higher middle class and expected him to reach their high standards, stifling anything that deviated from "Their plan" swiftly. Their efforts did nothing to dissuade him and only made him more inclined to defy them.

He was not allowed to have any hobbies that were deemed improper by his parents. The closest to fun he was allowed to have was to play chess with the family Alakazam named Kaza. Who was more of a parental figure to him then his actual parents. The Alakazam sneakily read him story books about faraway lands and adventure having rogues, fueling his desire to become one such character.

Unfortunately that ran opposite of his parents' wishes for him. His family had a life plan for him, expecting him to become the next Professor Oak. As part of that plan, his parents enrolled him in a private Trainer school where he was "allowed" to pick his two Pokemon upon acceptance. His first true act of rebellion was to pick the "undesirables" from the group offered to him.

He grudgingly attended classes, doing only the minimum required to be considered "Suitable" and left to his own devices. His parents hoped that the structure the school forced upon the attendees would quash any of his lingering "whims" for a different life. All it did was increase his resentment towards their plan and made his desire to be anything else grow. Desires of running away grew in this time and eventually came to a head in his teen years.

TEENAGE YEARS

After years of quiet rebellions and disagreements with his parents, he dropped out of school and ran away. He didn't take much, only taking his starters with him. LaCruex was not on the streets for long, recruited to a crime syndicate looking for such kids like LaCruex.

If his parents could see him, they would have been shocked at the shock at the change in attitude in their son. He thrived in the crime syndicate's environment far greater then he ever did in the private school settings. He worked hard for the syndicate, developing connections with other crime gangs and related groups in the name of the syndicate.

His hard work didn't go unrewarded in the syndicate. He gradually started moving up the ranks until he was an assistant admin, one of the highest ranks possible at his young age. He even started a relationship with a fellow assistant admin in this time. Everything was going well for LaCruex.

ADULT YEARS

But then his romantic partner left the group and him. Citing a tiredness of the life of crime and how limiting it was to them, their words struck a chord in LaCruex. With his lover gone, he started to grow restless, all the promises and goals sounding hollow without somebody to share it with. He finally left the syndicate, purpose gone and no longer believing in the group's goals like he did when he was a child.

He wandered the lands of Veria, alone once more and became a hired gun of sorts to keep himself busy and to feed his Pokemon more then himself. He became a kind of infamous rogue, but not without consequence. A former coworker, bitter that LaCruex "abandoned" them found him and a battle ensued that left LaCruex battered and in desperate need of the help of a nearby Pokemon center in the "town" of Sinclair.

Current Time

The beat down from his past combined with the helpfulness of the trainers in the Pokemon center inspired LaCruex. He reconnected with his parents, and they sent him his old nanny(Alakazam) to "keep him straight", whom he welcomed with open arms. He told the Alakazam to pick a name and he chose Walter. He settled in Sinclair, looking for some niche he could potentially fill as he fixes up an old cabin that was abandoned, adopting the Pokemon(Skitty) left behind inside, working hard to become a "legit" Trainer as he continues his previously foregone education.

He rolled the ball between his fingers. It was empty, unlike his head, racing with ideas and strategies of various ways to handle whatever this situation throws his way. His messy hair rustled in the wind, a hint of green hidden underneath the patch of dirt brown. Gold-hued eyes burned bright and he laughed at whoever was courageous enough to approach him.
